Connection issues

He enjoys lifting and running, hence the desire for wireless headphones. He found that when he moved a certain way or if the phone was in the other pocket, the music would cut out. He read up on possible solutions and tried the various suggestions, but to no avail. Our guess is he requires a phone newer than the iPhone 6. Cheaper to get a different pair of earphones!!
