OK but disappointing

The sound was nowhere near what I expected, and the weird earbud nipples don't stay in my ears. The max volume is also not as loud as I would like.

If you are having trouble with the earbuds staying in your ears, make sure you are using the correct size of StayHear™ Max ear tips. The headphones do come with 3 sizes of the StayHear™ Max ear tips, so try all of them to see which fits best for you!
You'll find when you have the right size for you, not only will the earbuds be be more comfortable and secure, it will also improve the audio quality and volume, as well as block out more outside noise!

Love the wired "wireless" format so I can clip them to the back of my shirt and not worry about them falling out, even though they have never fallen out. Bought the extended protection since they go through some rough use, but still working great with no problems.

In my experience of usage I find that there are intervals of static connection. I will be walking along and then a moment or two of static will kick in. Not sure if it is my phone service provider or if it's the headphones. I haven't used wireless headphones before so it could be my service provider and the weak signal. Not sure.

My left earbud seems to always want to fall out no matter what size bud I put on. I have never had this problem with headphones before so I am unsure of the problem. Other than that, AMAZING headphones.
