I was really looking forward to this new sound bar and sub combo (with the surround speakers). Unfortunately I had to return it, as unlike the last Bose sound bar (Cinemate 1SR), if you don't have an HDMI ARC hookup on your tv, you cannot use this product. Bose really screwed up by not offering the analog or other various options for people that don't have a tv less than 2 years old. It does have a Digital option, but certain brands of tvs (due to patents) can only output 2.1 via the fiber optic connection... I'm sure it would have been fantastic otherwise!

So I bought this Bose unit, understand I have Bose in the rest of our house, so I thought it would be great. I got the unit home, realized that it did not come with a subwoffer (my error) and it was not great. It was ok at best. The unit with a subwoffer was outstanding sound, I just was not willing to buy a $1200 system for a 3 channel system and it was for my basement. I ended up paying about a third of the amount, got a 5 channel system with an awesome sound.

I have always been a soundbar skeptic. But, I bit the bullet and bought the soundtouch. I had to make two trips to the store to buy it because it was out of stock and I had to delay my instant gratification. I read tons of reviews. I demoed it in the store several times and was convinced to embrace new technology. Unfortunately, I didn't find the rewviews about Samsung TVs and the ST300 until it was too late. They do not work together. There is a well documented glitch that I missed until after I installed it and tried to troubleshoot it. A $700 soundbar with no sound. There are several workarounds, but none of the are acceptable. I am really, really, really disappointed. I am going to return it this weekend.

I am enjoying the product now it was a pain to set up, I called the Bose helpline and tech stayed on the phone with me for at least an hour he was very helpful and we get it all set up

Amazeballs! All I can say is you get what you pay for. We waited probably 3 or so years to finally buy it, but it was well worth the wait.

Just purchased the sound bar the clearity and awesome sound that it has . I will recommend this to my family and friends.

Great sound. Did have trouble pairing this with tv. Would not stay connected. Ended up having to use an optic cable to stay connected.

Purchased Bose 300 Soundbar. The product met its intended use to improve sound quality of tv and provided excellent results.

Awesome sound bar, not the easiest to hook up. Husband is very tech friendly and he had a hard time. Works very good once installed

If you're going to spend good money on a great TV and system, please go the extra mile on the Speakers as well. Nose are best Bar None!

BOSE is still the BEST. We had another sound bar prior to this of a different well known brand and the BOSE blew it away. No comparison!

This was a Christmas present from my wife and is paired with the Bass module. It's replacing a Lifestyle system I bought some 10 years ago, and was a very good system. The current system was set up by my son who had trouble getting it to work. He's very tech savvy, so I was somewhat concerned. However, he did get it to work. After getting it working initially (and it has great sound), it stopped working over the weekend. So, it worked about a week. I have since tried multiple corrections to no avail. I'll probably return it.

By far the best sound bar I have ever purchased. The sound is so sharp, crisp, and clear. Absolutely worth every penny I spent on it!

You can't go wrong with Bose. Amazing sound for a god price if you don't care about having Amazon Alexa included

Replaced my Sony sound bar with this and it is AMAZING! The quality is crisp but the bass is still strong when I want it. Worth it

Extremely good product. Being able to to adjust the center channel is a plus plus. I would highly recommend this outstanding product.

I returned the system. Here are my issues: System would not turn off for more than a few seconds, it would turn back on and then cause my TV to turn back on. (or vice versa) I had it connected to the ARC HDMI port on my Sony TV. Did not care for the treble setting at all. Did not like the tone with the dialogue enhancer. To me, my Bose Solo 15 sounds better for TV enhancement. I decided to try the ZXOX SB 500 soundbar and as far as I am concerned it smokes the Bose, not to mention I got it on sale for $399. (look at CNET reviews). I hate saying I won't recommend the Bose but perhaps one should try it for themselves.

I really enjoy listening to music or watching a movie on the sound bar. Turned my basement into a movie theater.
