I'm happy to hear that you're impressed by the audio performance and quality, but sorry to hear that you're experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. Have you performed a HDMI reset on your system? This can be done by disconnecting the Soundbar and TV from power for 60 seconds, then reconnecting the Soundbar back to power. When the Soundbar is back online, reconnect the TV back to power.
You can also enjoy the connection of an Optical connection to input audio from your TV to the Soundbar for your convenience, which you may find resolves your issues. If for any reason you require additional assistance, please reach out to us at Bose and we'd be glad to help you get up and running as intended!

I was sadly mistaken. The sound was not as full as I would have expected. The sound bar felt completely seperate from the TV making it awkward to have no sound on the TV. For the amount of money spent, there wasn't even enough Bass to justify the price. Highly dissappointed.
