This soundbar has amazing sound. The Bluetooth feature is the best. I enjoy listening to music on my phone in such good quality. My teenage kids also love using it with their phones.

I had just purchased a LG OLED 55" TV and this is the perfect addition. Setup was easy. The sounds is great. Bought all three pieces for this system and I am not disappointed.

This sound bar is better than DT, Samsung, Sony and Sonos. I have tried all of them and the only two that can compete are the sony hts5000 and the sonos playbase however, the bose is more crisp in every way and when paired with the sub there is no competition at all! You won't regret this purchase. Anyone who is concerned with connectivity issues, get the professional setup by bestbuy if you aren't technologically savvy. It's not unusually difficult i was set up in 15 minutes but for some reason people complain about it so to eliminate that issue I would suggest that option.

I only have the soundboard and sub. Even without the other speakers this does do a pretty good job at producing around you. Even tho its a little pricy it's worth it

I am absolutely in love with this Bose sound touch bar! I felt what could this tiny bar do for sound that I couldn't find elsewhere and the answer is the quality in sound is amazing! Its seriously so crisp and nice sounding for anything I watch,doesn't sound muffled or raspy when I turn it up! And it is so discreet, like seriously I have this on my entertainment center and you can barely tell it's there! So nice when you need all the space you can get! It was so easy to setup and install like took 10 mins lol if that! It is one of the best surround sounds I've had I absolutely love the sound quality! Amazing!

I got this product last week and I am truly impressed by the sound the comes out this bar. I was on the fence about getting a sound bar but after hearing this in the store and reading the reviews online, I gave it a shot & I'm glad I did. This was a great buy for me. I can play my music on it & with the bass module it makes everything sound amazingly wonderful. Even watching movies & tv the sound is great. I didn't think I needed a sound bar but after getting this one I'm glad I made the jump and got it. If you get this, make sure you get the bass module to go with it.

Even without the Acoustimass 300 bass module the Soundtouch 300 sounds great. I purchased the bass module a couple of days later from Amazon because I had a $300 Amazon Gift card. After I connected the bass module my Sony Bravia XBR900E lost connection via ARC but a software update solved that issue. The only cons I have is 1) Although the sound bar is relatively flat it still blocks my TV's remote sensor and there is no IR pass through capability. I will build a wooden platform to raise my TV a couple of inches to solve this problem. 2) While the remote is capable of controlling my TV and cable box it is IR. I would prefer a RF remote because my cable box is hidden so I cannot control it with the Bose remote.

This would be a 5 star rating if not for the difficulty that I had with the firmware update. I still cannot connect via WIFI, I had to use the ethernet cord. After the update, I could not find the unit to connect to it. Sound quality on the other hand is very good. It has a very wide soundstage and when paired with the sub, really rocks. I think it actually sounds better playing music than movies. That is very atypical for a soundbar. Not that it does not perform well with 5.1 movies, it does, but more experimenting will be required.

I found this sound bar to be amazing!! It put my surround sound to shame with just one bar instead of 6 speakers sitting around. I've recommended this bar to all my friends and a few have already purchased one after hearing mine. Movies have a crisp clear sound that makes you feel like you are in the theater. My teenagers love playing music on it. It was really easy to set up and the directions were easy to follow. I'm pretty sure I'll be buying another one so the kids leave mine alone!

This Soundbar is crisp and clear. Being hard of hearing, I didn't realize how much tv shows I missed. The voices are so crystal clear. The hook up was so easy a baby could do it. It is a slim long size which is great. I can never live without this sound bar since the sound is so clear. The down side is the finish collects dust but hey most electronics do. Also it would be nice if it came with brackets to mount on wall. I have been telling all my friends this is the Soundbar to have.

Went to purchase Sony system since I have a one year old Sony 850D. Took wife with me because I wanted her to enjoy what I bought also. Her main concern was clear dialog. We listened to the Sony HT-NT5 which sounded great on loud action movies sequences but could not understand the dialog even with sub-woofer turned to zero. The young sales person didn't seem to really know much more than I did about the system so we began to look at others and a different salesman showed us the Bose Soundtouch 300 soundbar and the dialog was much improved. It even has a dialog mode which worked great. Of course the price of this was much higher than the Sony. We talked about it and decided not to buy anything at that time. Three days later I went to a different Best Buy store and was able to get much better demonstration as the acoustics of this store was much better. Anyway I ended up buying the Bose unit. Boy am I glad I did. I got it home and very easily set it up and it sounds great. The dialog mode is fantastic. I only purchased the sound bar and did not get the wireless sub-woofer but the sound is great without it. This item cost more but like they say, you get what you pay for. Extremely happy with the unit and plan to buy more speakers in the future to put into other rooms in the house.

I can't believe how amazing the sound is from this one soundbar. I purchased this to replace 4 previous speakers I had in a complicated system. This bar sounds amazing and when coupled with the wireless subwoofer, it fills our entire family room. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed. Another excellent bose product and continues to show bose makes amazing products when it comes to speakers and sound equipment.

Returned the Vizio Camcast 5.1 soundbar twice because kept getting disconnected. So got the Bose Soundtouch 300 with the rear speakers and minus the subwoofer. What a difference in quality and sound. The rear speakers are must. I thought the Vizio speakers were faint and quiet. The Bose speakers are nice and loud and clear. Only into my third day. So far so good. A little on the pricey side.

This is my first Bose experience and i don't have words to describe the experience i had when i watched The Transformers !!! Earlier I had purchased a so called best Sound bar + Woofer and returned it within a week of use and then turned to Bose and will never look back. Quality is the best marketing strategy !!!

Sound is wonderful coming from this sound bar and bass module. Only four stars for 2 issues: 1) the power cord are too short, only about 3 to 4 feet (haven't measured them yet), my power strip is dangling about 6 to 8 inches off of the floor (not good). Getting another power strip to reroute some power cords directly behind the TV. 2) the instructions are very vague on how to complete the room tuning procedure. Finally found out online that the room test must be done 5 times before it completes!

I gave this 3 stars as it depends on what you're looking for to contribute to or complete your system. The original Bose soundbar delivered a stunning, 3D, wrap around effect on it's own without rear speakers. However, it's a cost prohibitive product. For the price you can buy a good AV Surround Sound Receiver, speakers and a subwoofer that will blow this Bose away. Having said that, if you're just seeking a tad better TV sound? This Bose unit will do it. However, I would not sacrifice wire-less capabilities in exchange for sound performance, ever. Price per performance comparison is always the way to go when considering any BOSE products. Why? Some things Bose is killer with, others, not so much. Example: The Bose 5.1 speaker system $2000, costs as much as a an ATMOS AVR & a Klipsch 5.1 speaker setup. Bose Soundbars are very good at delivering faux surround but stay away from their bass modules as they are not true subwoofers. I've never once heard a Bose bass module play below the 50hz level and that disqualifies it as a subwoofer. I share these things from having been a Bose speaker owner in the past. Keep in mind... Best Buy carries "real home theater" products that really do deliver commercial Cinema surround sound in your home for a fraction of the over $2,000 + price tag Bose asks. Buy smart, save your wallet and head some stress. ~ peace

Definitely do not recommend. The sound is low and muted with dialog, you can barely hear it. The HDMI CEC passthrough is atrocious. There are hardware problems that Bose cannot fix. Pass it by.

After reading lot of reviews and talking with people at best buy. Upgraded from Bose cinemate gs series ii to SONOS play bar. SONOS gives the better technology but no way compared to the quality of Bose. Returned the sonos playbar after a week and bought this product home. Sounds excellent and crystal clarity. Can't beat Bose!

I was pretty impressed on how the Adaptiq headset calibrated the sound bar! you can really tell when the sound bounces off your walls ....great surround sound effect from a sound bar. Going to get the rest of the kit soon! Was able to connect to my Wi-Fi easily and loaded my iTunes playlist via the SoundTouch app on my MacBook
