I bought this sound bar because the salesperson didn't know his/her products. Initially purchased a different product, but it was no compatible with my TV. To make a long story short, I'm glad I purchased the Bose sound bar. I filled a complaint with Best Buy over six weeks ago. Obviously, you all really don't care about your customers, because I've yet to hear from anyone.

Has a good picture but very difficult to operate the 65 inch Tv that was purchased with the Bose sound bar. Very difficult to get a true sound from the sound bar, would recommend the sound bar but not the tv. When I called and ask for assistance with getting it all hooked up the right way . I was given the Sony manufacturing number, never got to talk to anyone about it. So just hooked it up and I feel like I’m not getting the quality from the items that I purchase.

For what it is it sounds good. You definitely pay for the name.

This item is amazing small item but puts out great sound

This is a great sound bar but there are some kinks. Like me if you are considering the SoundTouch you probably looked at the Sonos sound bar. They both come with their respective apps which expand the functionality of the sound bar and unleashes your music library. However the Bose SoundTouch comes with an ARC connection which should in theory enable you to use your regular TV remote rather than switch to the Bose remote. At first the ARC worked then it stopped in order to use the SoundTouch you have to switch to the remote which is rather annoying to be switching back and forth between remotes. This is supposed to be the clear advantage over the Sonos system however it does not work properly. After researching online it is astounding how many people are having the same problem. At first I thought it was due to my new Samsung TV and Bose compatibility. But others are having the same issue with different brands. Bose are aware of the issue and apparently have been working on a solution (still waiting) but in the mean time the fix is to use the optical connection or unplug the ARC from TV & SoundTouch and respective power plugs and the connect them and it works again but then eventually it will go back to not working. This is a hard solution if you have cables going through and TV mounted on to the wall. Other than this issue which I hope will be solved soon. (3 months waiting) it is a good product. It deserves 3.5 stars.

This puts out some amazing sound with great clarity and great Bass

I upgraded to the soundtouch 300 as my Bose130 didn't support 4K sound. I was skeptical that the sound would be any better than the Bose130 but found out otherwise. The SoundTouch 300 is in a class of its own. I also purchased the Acoustimass 300 Base Module to top it all off and couldn't be any happier with my purchase. Truly incredible sound.

It's well worth it! Great sounds! Nothing better than these Bose speakers!

The physical set up was easy but the connection of the electronics was a bit tricky. I had to call BOSE to help. I would think that for as much money that I spent at Best Buy, they would have been more helpful with the set up. When I called for help, I was informed that it would be $300 for them to come to the house for the hour. I do not even make that much an hour.

We get the best sound from our TV now. It is awesome and easy to install.

The 3 star rating is due to high price and whether or not it is justified. Sound quality is excellent but you need to buy Bose wall mounts and a generic mount if you want the sound bar mounted under the TV. I did because I have a full motion TV mount and wanted the sound bar to move with the TV. I mainly choose this sound bar for its sleek design and ability to expand the system wirelessly.

Great sound. Worth the price. Love it. Will buy subwoofers to go with it.

I love this, it has great sound but is a little hard to get it working.
