Bose SoundTouch is the best bang for the buck. Nothing close to it. Creates a sound bubble from loud neighbors. But geek squad is where it's at. Thanks Bill Cruz from the GS crew. My new Sony tv went dead. Bill took a sad situation and turn my frown upside down. New TV coming Tuesday. Fingers crossed.

The soundbar is amazing. It tunes to meet the acoustics of your room during setup. The soundbar is great by itself, but add the subwooofer and rear speakers and it's a whole new world! Easy to set up, fantastic sound quality, and upgrade options make buying this soundbar a no-brainer!

Great sound but better if I have the sub-whopper & tweeter( out of my budget). Still learning how to use the universal remote & can't change channel to my Sony Bavaria TV. I love those other features, pandora, Bose touch, Netflix etc. however doesn't have a back light. You have to be connected to wifi to makes it work.

I chose the Bose over Sonos. Better design and better brand for a home theater.

Great sound, when you finally figure out how to make it work. Worst instructions ever. Sound bar never, again never, is mentioned in instructions. Just how to program the remote. Several ways to connect to TV. Some instructions, diagram, etc would have been helpful. Probably my last Bose purchase.

Sounds bar sounds great. It's nice having it synced to every seat in my tv room.

Sound is great and strong in the highs. You will need a sub to get the best sound.

Could not get the first one to work correctly, I went back to Best Buy the wanted $150 to come to the house. I then called Bose. They walked me though every thing. It still did not work correctly. The replaced it and the second one is great. Bose did not hesitate to make correct the problem.

This is a nice soundbar & hooking it up was a breeze. However, this becomes a pricey setup if you want the surround speakers & subwoofer to go with it. There are no wired connections so you can't use other speakers or subs you have. I did find a workaround to use my subwoofer with my playstation/blu ray player, but I don't think there is any workaround to use it with regular TV.

Great sound bar until it disconnects from the TV time to time. The connection works well when it is connected but then combining the remote to the TV it doesn't work well. It could possibly be my TV. Besides that the sound is EXCELLENTTT

Bought this with the bass module and rear speakers. Not a fan of the rear speakers but the soundbar is compelling. Ultimately ended up returning the product to purchase a full 5.1 system with a receiver that had significantly more functionality and am glad we took the full 5.1 step. Nothing wrong with the Bose soundbar and if my space didn't allow the 5.1 move, I'd still own it.

The Bose SoundTouch 300 is the perfect soundbar. I’ve had several. This is the only one that creates a realistic surrround effect. Pair it with the Acoustimass sub and you have an awesome theatre experience and, music is unbelievable! Spend the extra money. It’s worh it!

We used to have the Bose all around 321 sound system with the big bass, 2 little speakers, DVD player, from about 12-14 years ago and it finally died. So we were used to this type of surround sound, but the sound bar is a bit different. We are thinking of buying the additional side speaker to go with the sound bar, but have not yet. We love Bose products, so you cant go wrong.

Looks great with my 55'' tv. Had it for almost a month. No complain whatsoever.

Went with SONOS. Wanted SONOS. SONOS is fantastic. But the acoustics in my open, 2 story living room didn't like SONOS. The BOSE ST300 (same price as Playbar) is excellent. It's better than the Playbar for movies but not as good for music. Still, an amazing purchase.

I've had a few sound bars and this blows them all away. Yes, you can get louder sound bars, but you cannot beat the clarity and I truly hear sounds all around the room with this sound bar. It is expensive and I realize there are a lot of Bose haters out there, but I am a believer now.
