Hello bose I just bought two pairs of headphones, unfortunately, after trying them for two days and reviewing the app, downloading the new software and adjusting the settings, I came to the conclusion that they are really not worth the price of $325 with tax. I am not going to deny it, the sound for watching videos and listening to music is incredible but it is not useful for making phone calls, unfortunately for the price it is not worth it. Supposedly these headphones are also useful for listening to calls and walking down the street and keeping an eye on them, but they don't work for calls. I still have the first open earbuds they released (Bose Sport Open Earbuds) and it's a big difference. What solution can you have about this? I have one more week to return them. Update the software to fix the calling issue. On the contrary, unfortunately I will have to return them.

These headphones are exactly what my wife needed. She is a runner and these are secure, loud enough for her run, but still allow her to hear her surroundings. She was skeptical for the clip on style but fit well and do not irritate her ears as others have. And it does not interfere with piercings. Highly recommend.

Good sound and lightweight, you’ll enjoy the ease and small compactness to carry around especially for the gym and they do not fall out ! Just put in your ears and go!

I've been using them for a few weeks now and I'm totally impressed. The sound quality is crisp and clear, and you don't feel them in your ear at all - it's like the music is coming out of your head. These are perfect for anyone who wants great sound quality and comfort.

Very good sound quality. I like it as an alternative to my airpod pro. I like to take both of them when traveling.

I absolutely love these earbuds! If you’re looking for something that will add a soundtrack to your daily life, this is it. You’ll still be able to hear everything around you while enjoying your favorite tunes. Perfect for hiking, biking, walking, onewheel, shopping, and just going through your daily activities. If you’re looking for something with noise canceling, this is not a product you should be looking at as it’s the complete opposite. My only complaints are the microphone is completely awful, in fact it’s unacceptably awful. Also, the charging case isn’t able to be charged wirelessly without a $49 additional purchase of a case protector to go over top. At this price point it should’ve come with a wireless charging case and a way better microphone.

Bose out did themselves. The best fitting ear phones ever made. I’m super particular with headphones and these feel amazing. Sound quality is astonishing

Love the way they fit the ear! Best buds for the fit! But not sound quality! The battery isn’t the best if you charge them together but only wear one and you let the other stay on its charger it’s a waste of your time! Because you should’ve just worn both! It’s not worth the cost! Cheaper models out there way better than this product!

Best EarBuds I’ve ever had. I play full games of basketball with them in and they are so much more comfortable than any other earbuds I’ve ever had.

Best quality open earbuds. Very good battery life and durability. Sound quality is great with the only issue being the still feature in immersion audio can every once in a blue moon go out momentarily, but this product is quite flawless

This product beats my expectations. The sound quality is excellent. Although is not as loud as the in-ear ones but for something designed not to damage your ears, it’s perfect!

When they work, they work great. I’ve had a few disconnecting issues, but nothing I couldn’t fix on my own. I don’t like that you have to use the Bose app to pair them. I can’t connect them to my kindle paperwhite. Other than that they are fantastic. Easy to put on, stay put, comfortable even with multiple piercings in each ear.

I love that, absolutely forget you're wearing them, that is how comfortable they are plus I have no issues laying on my pillow to watch videos, they do take a little getting used to putting on and finding the right spot or position but once you do wow

I really loved the look of these but the features were not what I was hoping for. The sound quality was good but I was having major issues with phone calls. Anytime I was on a phone call, the other person could never hear me. It was to a point where I felt as if I was shouting just so the microphone could pick up my voice. I’m not sure if it was user error but I don’t think there was much I could do to fix that issue. They also made my ears a bit sore when I wore them for too long. Unfortunately, I had to return them. I really wish I would’ve had a better experience with these!
