Great stereo but sadly only lasts 5-6 months before either problems come with wiring or the head unit itself. After hitting a large speedbump the power connection on the head unit itself bent out of place and would cause the stereo to turn on and off every minute or so. I would recommend saving up for a better stereo from a different brand. BOSS isnt exactly known for their "long-lasting" quality. Was really nice while it lasted!

Very clear display. The touch screen has a little delay. That is the only flaw I see so far

Works just as expected i did want some more customization but its there is nothing wrong with it.

A little to fancy for me would rather just have a kenwood or something like that

Unit itself is great. Bestbuy's installation is a completely different thing altogether though. My original scheduled appointment was cancelled without being notified. So I ended up wasting a day from work. My 2nd scheduled installation was just bad. My appointment was supposed to be a 2-4hr from 11am to 1-3pm. It was initially done at 7pm (they closed by 8pm). Upon inspection, the Android Auto couldn't start because the installer failed to install the truck's bake line/signal. So after waiting for another 30min for another customer's remote car starter install to get fixed, I finally convinced the installer all he need is to install the bake line because Android Auto will not finish setup without it. By 8pm, we were literally push out but at least AA will now finished setting up. Then in the parking lot, I realized that they didn't install the Backup/Reverse signal line and now, the backup camera will not auto switch. By then, the tech is long gone. So ended up having to schedule in another appointment at a location 45min away because my local BB no longer will service this unit. So I ended up spending another day off from work and driving almost 2 hrs just so that they can install the reverse signal line to finish the install almost a month later. [for what its worth, at least the tech at this 2nd location knew what he was doing] So if you want to have BB install this for you, make sure you pick a location that has a qualified tech who can do the install. Remember the unit's install labor is free but all the other accessories like hooking up the backup camera, etc you'll have to pay for.

Sometimes the calls sound distorted and echos a lot. At random times the radio will just shut off. But other then that it’s a good radio.

Keeps disconnecting from phone while driving , this is a problem since I'm mainly using it for directions.

The product was great for about 11 months. For the past month, the display powers on but remains black and does not respond. I have reset it everyday and nothing works. I have spent a lot of money on this for it to not even work for a full year. Really loved this audio system while it worked and I cannot afford to replace it again. There is no wiring issues as I have gotten it checked out. So I really have no idea why the screen would just remain black after powering on but I am guessing it’s not going to work anymore. I wish I could exchange it or get a refund but I’m guessing Best Buy do not allow that. I recommend staying away from purchasing this product as I do not want others to face the same disappointment.

I liked this unit so much I purchased a second for my sons truck

Unfortunately I purchased a BOSS Audio and had it installed. An hour later it quick working. The product was defective. I returned it and purchased another and the technicians swapped out the bad one and put in the new one. It worked fine until fifteen minutes later when the technician was showing me all the different functions and it quit working. Another defective product. I went with a different brand since BOSS, like many others, were having problems getting good chips and keeping their products available and working correctly.

The radio is great and the quality is an understatement. Love it all.
