I'm gonna keep it simple and short. don't waste your money on this system. I know the price and look become extremely appealing to the eye and pocket. but this system is extemely buggy, you will have your phone disconnect every other couple of minutes. plus be ready for your screen to go blank as well. Spend the extra money on a better system. forgor to mention, it super bulky. the only good thing i got from this purchase was the great customer service from best buy helping me out replacing this item.

i have another boss radio so i thought this one would be nice as well. i havent even had it in a day and the volume button stopped working.

Website did not automatically include all hardware required for installation, specifically the hardware needed to keep factory rear view camera working. It was going to be an up charge that the Tech added. On the day of install, the Install tech did not do the installation because he thought he would crack my dashboard while doing so. I did at least I get my $400 refunded. Drove 60 miles round trip for nothing.

This head unit works well except for one crucial issue.. the screen brightness adjustment for night use has too little adjustment making riding in the car at night miserable due to how incredibly bright the screen is. This is with the brightness set at the lowest setting.. because of this i cannot recommend this to anyone.

You get what you pay for. Very cheap, sound quality was bad, returned after a week.

Everything worked fine at first, but about 6 months after installing, everyone that we talk to through the attached mic hears themselves echo and we cannot use that functionality. I have tried tons of things to fix it (even buying an entirely new harness and rewiring) and nothing fixes it. About ready to give up and replace it with another brand.

I wanted to wait to post any review. I have had this equipment for about an month and half now. Love the big screen and love the quick connectivity when I plug my phone for apple carplay. This product gets an 4 only because sometimes when I connect my phone. Its hard to make phone calls on it. I might need my mic moved from where it is now. Overall the equipment works great.

Installed in 2011 Golf. Updated from a Pioneer aftermarket receiver so I could get Android Auto. Honestly, I am really impressed by the sound quality. no external amp, just stock speakers in the car and I can hear more detail in the music than ever before. Build quality feels great, mechanism to adjust display angle is solid. Really impressed and happy with my decision to buy.

Does not work with Android Auto or Apple Car Play. Works for 3-5 minutes and then shuts off and restarts. Everything else works well, sound quality is not the best, but without the ability to connect it via car play or android auto no point in purchasing it.
