I don’t ever write reviews, but this deserves one. Bought this for a Christmas present to for my daughters car. Had it installed by Best Buy. Worked, but glitchy for the first few days. Stopped working. Then started working again spontaneously. The sound is terrible. The stock radio was better. The volume on the phone calls is quiet and there is no way to make it louder. Took the car back to Best Buy for the 3rd time in 2 weeks and told them to take it out. I’m returning it and going with pioneer, which is what I should have done in the first place!

Android Auto constantly crashes when using this stereo. Every time I drive, I can expect it to crash 2-3 times. Happens with multiple phones, so I know it's not an issue with my phone.

System stopped working. The Bird location is never open when I come by to have it reconnected. Chat is useless helping me schedule an appointment.

Didn't really care for the overall look. I bought it for my son and he said it looked pretty old. Even for his 2006 Avalanche. We returned it.

Not a great solution. Sales people knew next to nothing. Installer was pleasant and quick but didn’t explain any options for in dash install.

this is the worse high dollar radio I have ever bought. it does not perform as it should and is not very good quality by no means. I am totally dissatisfied with this purchase.

I returned it the screen kept blanking out on me nicely made but it just kept going out

Have the hardest time tryinf to connect bluetooth!

I recently bought a 2009 Toyota Rav 4 and as you can imagine the dash is super oldschool. It looks like it could've come with a cassette tape player. Anyway so I wanted something that I could easily connect my phone to for music and gps without spending a ton of money. After reading a lot of reviews on several products I decided to try this Boss one out and am extremely pleased. It is nothing too fancy, but does exactly what I want it to do. (I wouldn't know how to even start to install this so I had it professionally done for a small fee)

Didn't want to change my car in this market, so thought of upgrading my audio system. Did my research on which will give me a bang for my back and not many are out there like the one that I just bought from Boss Audio. I love the fact that they tell you whether their products fits in your car or not. Great mixture of quality and price which is had to find these days! My dash looks pretty cool now too!

The first unit I got was defective, but best buy sent a replacement and it is now working great. Even kept my steering wheel controls with an adaptor. We will see about longevity but so far it seems to be of great quality!

Nice looking radio with apple car play. One issue however, if in an area with seeker reception radio keeps searching for station, then returns to original tuned station. The searching is annoying.

Love the radio the Apple play is great.My truck is a 2007 and stop had the original am fm radio that had died. Needed a good priced radio.

Wasn’t as described. Item states it came with Audio CarPlay however after purchasing and having them install it, the radio didn’t include the wire to add CarPlay as in the 10.1 Inch. The only good use of the radio now is Just Bluetooth. I can’t access Maps, Spotify or Pandora Nor YouTube . No wonder I couldn’t find it anywhere to see reviews its Jst a radio with a screen on it nothing else.

You get what you pay for. Bad interface design. Touchscreen has bad response. The only loud audio is the beeping every time you press something. If you remove the screen, make sure you reattach it before you turn on your car or, the radio will glitch.
