Ordered three Lens Kit Adapters. Each box was missing one of the lens. The clip on adapter is hard plastic, slick surface so it did not stay in place and slipped off with little provocation. Returned all items.

I ordered this 3 piece lens set. It came with 2 lenses. Returned it and ordered another set. It again came with 2 lenses, and a missing lens cover! so FRUSTRATING!!
