Good value, but I struggled to mount my phone tight enough where it would not wobble. The weight of my phone caused some wobbling no matter what I tried, which was not ideal

Sadly, while this mount was cheap, it wasn’t meant for the iPhone 16 or 17 lineup.
Had two main issues: weight balance due to the spring triggering the camera button and it not being wide enough to support the phone with an Apple Case.
The length of the tripod was fine. The remote, I think battery was dead but it was on and off.
I would find a better mount. Maybe a good MagSafe one if someone makes it.

Works very well to hold my camera for conference calls. The grip on the phone is tight. In a safe, stable, level environment, the tripod is stable, but I don’t think I’d trust in anywhere else. It could easily fall over. Still, for what I paid, it works very well. When not in use, it’s very compact.

We were looking for an affordable tripod so my kid could shoot still motion videos with my phone. This works pretty well for that. The trigger button links via bluetooth to my phone so that the phone doesn't need to be touched to take a picture. The locking mechanism at the top gets loose pretty easy if you move or adjust the camera angle, but holds well if you keep it still. The base is pretty narrow, so I wouldn't necessarily trust it at full extension on a windy day.
Overall, for our infrequent and amateur uses, this is perfect.

Horrible product, couldn’t even stand on its own when fully extended and was very very cheap material, I get it was only $20 but the thing couldn’t even hold up an iphone 16 pro max!! If you’re thinking of buying an affordable phone stand don’t buy this one.

Ive had a couple of these stands. The main thing is a wide base. You will not want to put your phone on any stand with a weak base. It will automatically feel top heavy to you and a slight wind could be costly to you. This base seemed heavy enough and wide enough to offer enough support to stand up. This one isnt the most amazing stand but its quality it beyond others ive bought for cheaper and id feel more confident using this stand.

My phone flops all around on this thing. The remote and selfie feature works well so I guess if you don’t want to use it as a tripod and get to fancy with your angles it’s okay. You really do get what you pay for with this item.

It's not as tall as I expected but its okay for what it is. I recommend it overall if you're vlogging or doing any camera/video work. Gets the job done but it could extend longer.

Its fine for the price but it is pretty light and without the use of counter weight it falls over fairly easily with large phones such as the Iphone 15 pro max. Overall it has decent build quality not the greatest but again its fairly cheap

It’s ok. Do NOT use outside though. Any tiny bit of wind will blow it over causing your phone to smack right on the cement. It gets extremely flimsy when you put it to the max height, I could not imagine putting a Sony or canon camera on this and it supporting it. I’m LUCKY I didn’t and only put my phone on it. Because now I don’t have a phone. Will be returning

Kind of a get what you pay for kind of thing. it is inexpensive, and basically functionable. I needed something quick, and inexpensive. Well, that is what I got. If you are looking at using this for your Vlog or social media posting, straight on shots, it is probably more than adequate, I needed a little more versatility (missing my full size tri pod) for some various independent angles, it will do. I cannot put my phone on it with its case. If you have a phone bigger than a fairly standard Samsung or iphone, it is not going to fit. The phone clamp is super tight (not a bad thing) but does not expand very much. I have a very thin case on my phone, and I have to take it off to put it in. (S22). So, if you are looking for an inexpensive basic tri pod you won't be disappointed, just don't raise your expectations to high. I will keep it, will work for desk top chats.
