    This is a replacement for one I lost while on vacation. It's the same type and does reduce glare. It is convenient because the tulip part can be reversed and kept on the camera when lighting changes.

    I broke the original and it wouldn’t stay on the lens. Tried to find replacement but found this one that also included a lens shade. Well worth the price.

    It seems to block my lens when it’s pulled back to 18mm, but otherwise this does what it needs to do, at a fair price. And it can be left on the lens, reversed, when not needed, but this isn’t really much more convenient than just removing it entirely unless you’ve got filters threaded in to it.

    This one is a 55MM and I needed the 58MM. I ended up going back to get the correct one,. The correct one fits nicely and does the job.
