    I have always admired the B&W Speaker line. B&W Makes speakers that are as pretty as a museum art. These 600 series speaker have A excellent High frequency and Middle frequency response. I have 2 Super Cube III's from Def Tech for the DEEP, DEEP BASS I require. I'm glad I purchased this speakers.

    best for movies, not great for music. but handles everything very well. needs to break in after about 2 or 3 weeks

    The quality and workmanship of these speakers is impressive. I am very happy with the spatial imaging and overall frequency response. The foam plugs for tuning the bass response were helpful for that final adjustment. I am driving them with a 85W RMS amp, I am sure they would be happy with more power.

    This was my second purchase of B/W speakers. My first was for the 686 S2's to use for front surround. I am totally amazed at the sound these 683 Tower speakers put out. I highly recommend them. You cannot go wrong with Bowers/ Wilkins, you will be totally satisfied with these tower speakers...........TonkaT.

    After a long search and purchasing speakers that didn't meet my expectations I found these which make me finally happy. I even tried the B&W speakers that were one down from these.

    Great speaker quality and excellent sound. I originally was going to get the 682's but traded up for the 683's and very happy to make the additional investment. I listen to many types of music and all sound great on these speakers.

    Incredible Speaker! You can hear every tone from a saxophone, voice, cello, and the percussive strike of any drum: This will fill the room as though you were in the recording studio with the musicians.
