These speakers are better than I thought they were going to be. I knew they were going to be stellar but not as stellar as they actually turned out to. The 606’s are the real deal with the transition away from a Kevlar driver. I do not believe there is a better pair of bookshelves for this price

I purchased these knowing there were some less than glowing reviews on YouTube. I think they sound great. I’m using them for 2 channel stereo. Plenty of bass in my smaller room. I am not finding any issue with overly bright highs. Besides I bought them at half price!!

B&W speaker was on my list for a while but never had chance to purchase them, I have used B&W headphones and they are very good. I am using these with Marantz 1710 AVR pared with B&W center channel speaker as well, mostly I use it for 2 channels music and some movies watching. these speakers are nice looking with or without grills, I think around after 40 hours of use the sound is bit more open. I am using definitive technology super cube SC 6000 Subwoofer with it, I have to dial down the sub setting quite a bit to get blend with speakers. Fit and Finish is excellent, not too fancy, I am not big fan of paying too much money for the finish of speakers. as long as cabinet is good and sound is great I. am ok with it. price is kind of on high side in my opinion specially the center channel. speaker with similar specs and very similar sound are cheaper and come on sale as well, it is a choice I made. if one get these on sale it will be great.

These speakers rock. They are small but solid and they pack a punch. They sound great. Perfect for a book shelf or small room. Don’t let their small footprint fool you. These speakers are phenomenal!

It is such a pleasure to listen to these speakers. They replaced an old pair of Paradigm Studio Monitors. I also added a pair of B&W ASW 608 subs. The combination easily outperforms my Paradigms - of course, technology has changed. The clarity and overall sonic performance of the 600's is very straight forward and clear. I look forward to listening to the B&W's every chance I get. They always seem to put a smile on my face. It is important to have very good music content - like hi-res audio or vinyl as the 600's will bring out lesser quality audio and make it even more pronounced of the inferior audio recordings.

Perfect size. Great sound. I was nervous about sacrificing sound quality with bookshelf speakers, but I am quite plesed with this purchase.

I bought these speakers to update my mini audio system. We had for a good term small computers boss speakers . It was enough to listen music and enjoy watching movies ( very good mini speakers). Then I connected New speakers I was in shock ;) What a contrast , What a Quality... Awesome ... it is only two of them loading living room ( and beyond )with wonderful sound. I’m fully Satisfied with this product!!! Very very High end quality system.

I bought these speakers to expand my home entertainment system. I enjoy both music and home theater on a salesperson's recommendation. Also, my purchase was based on other favorable reviews. Although I found the speakers to be quite good in many respects. I found the "high end" to be too forward and pronounced. I thought that a lot of what I listened to through these speakers was characterized by a great deal of sibilance and harshness (almost painful at times) high end. I found that I had a hard time listening to anything through them for an extended period of time. They definitely were not my cup of tea so I ended up returning them.

The speakers are just perfect for the size of my library. The size of the speakers fit in my space and gives me a nice sound.

Awesome sound quality! One cannot imagine more than this crystal clear sound at this price range. One of the best speakers in the world till date.

Great sounds and easy connections. The front magnetic covers do fall of with the slightest touch.

Couldn’t be more pleased with how these speakers sound in my two channel system. I replaced a smaller set of bookshelf speakers and the difference is stunning. I’ve paired this set with a Martin Logan Dynamo 500 sub attached to my emotiva amplifier. I’m hearing music detail I didn’t know was there before.

The speakers initially made a terrible impression. The bass was muddy, bloated and completely exaggerated. The highs were tinny and fatiguing. I was about to return them when I decided to read up some more on the speakers. A lot of people reported the same kind of issues. Read up a little more and found that the jumper clip provided by B&W is rubbish. I decided to bi-wire them and see if that makes a difference. And it did! The speakers sound so much more accurate now and perform excellently. The bass is present, punchy and tight. The highs are softer and much more accurate. The midrange is so much better than it was earlier. I got them for 50% off original price so, it is excellent value for me at least. If you can get them for cheap, do not hesitate. Mind you, for full price, there are better speakers out there (Borea?).

This is an update to an already famous and much loved speaker. Check the What HiFi magazine review for more detail but they re an improvement in every way plus they looks excellent. I'm pairing them with a Sonos Amp and they work well for home theater too.

Great speakers all around. I have owned Bowers & Wilkins for 15 years now. The only knock I have with these speakers are the covers are magnetic and are easily knocked off. Would prefer the old way they are connected.

This is the first time I purchase b&w speaker and luckily I got the anniversary version that has upgrade from regular one with reasonable price. This pair is fair enough for my regular use!

These are fantastic! Such a huge upgrade from my old Polk Audio 40 Series II speakers. They match fantastic with the other B&W Anniversary Edition speakers. Highly recommended!
