I enjoy all types of music, needless to say, that means I'm a difficult customer to please with just one headset. I have alot of headphones, wired, wireless, studio, consumer-grade etc. I understand it wouldn't be fair to pit this headphone against some of the consumer level headphones, but at this price point it's kind of in between mainstream consumer and audiophile level audio... and it hits it out of the park. When you receive the product, the case, the wires, the feel of the material, you already know you're in for something special. Most of the attention is obviously to the craft of the headphones. If you're shopping for this you already know the specifications - 24bit DSP processing, 40mm custom drivers, ergonomic comfortable fittings, active noise cancelling 6 microphones, you're spending this kind of money you already know all that. So the question is, how does it sound? Out of all my my consumer headphones, airpod max, bose qc45, bose 700, sony xm5, beats pro, etc. This is not even in the same level. Once you put it on it's definitely a class above. Which is insane because some of those headphones are in the same price range. The audio is very crisp, pin drop crisp. Stage profile is not unrealistically overwhelming and perfectly tight around your head. Feels appropriately tight infront of you. If you want to be technical the headset is listed as distortion <0.1% (1khz/10mw), which I have no way to test but I wouldn't doubt it at all. The mids/highs/dialogue/vocals feels very tight, very accurate, and noise/distortion free from wired but even from bluetooth/wireless. Things have come along way for wireless and with this headset, I feel comfortable listening to hi fi music without wires, it's that good. This headset is NOT for gamers. I did try a few video games both on console and on my phone, just to feel what it's like. The bass does not have the same 'thump' and impact as a dedicated gaming headset. It may not seem like a big deal, but I would not whole heartedly recommend this if you are using this headset for that purpose; I felt in my call of duty, elden ring sessions, the lightness of the bass/low end does not feel as immersive as my other gaming headsets that over-exagerrate the bass. This headset is for faithful reproduction, which it has in spades. The symphony/acoustic portions of elden ring, it does shine, but in battles and deep bass, it was not as engaging. Other nitpicks, i wish they included different cables. You get two cables, a USBC to 3.5mm stereo jack, a USBC to USBC. There was no lightning port (but this will be extinct soon any way) but it would've been nice to have a 6.5mm (1/4") or lightning cable as an option. Bottom line: this product is best for the enthusiast that is curious of hi fi audio. I'm not addicted and can't put this thing down and now itching to move up to the px8. It's a pricey entry, but one worthwhile. LOVE this thing.

Bowers & Wilkins are synonymous with high-end quality audio products and the Px7 S2e wireless headphones live up to the reputation with great audio and build quality. My blue Px7 S2e headphones come in an elegant matching blue pouch that sets the expectation. They look and feel great and well built. The set-up is straightforward and starts with downloading the ‘Music I Bowers & Wilkins’ app. From there, the headphones are detected and connected via Bluetooth. The app itself is simple and shows the status of the headphones, it has a good tutorial and you can play your music by connecting streaming services such as qobuz and Tidal that offer high-resolution music and other services such as TuneIn, deezer and Soundcloud. It has a simple equalizer to control the highs and the lows. The headphones have simple control buttons on the right earphone such as the power/Bluetooth button, two buttons to increase and decrease the sound and an action button for music playback and phone calls. The left earphone has one action button that can be customized from the app. The headband has a soft padded contour and the earpads are soft enough to be worn for hours without strain. The battery lasts for days but is shortened when playing a lot of high resolution music. Now for the performance, those headphones may be considered entry-level but the sound is truly premium especially while playing high resolution music. I took a free trial of qobuz that offers thousands of 24-bit and 16-bit formats songs. Those headphones truly came alive playing high resolution songs. The 40mm drivers delivered crispy clear sound from the highs all the way down to the deep lows. Listening to some Bob Marley and Radiohead songs blew my mind. I had a hard time going back to ‘normal’ resolution music listening again. However, those headphones still delivered solid quality sound from regular streamers. Listening in noise canceling mode doesn’t deteriorate the sound quality, which I command the engineers at Bowers & Wilkins for a job well done. I own several premium headphones from well known manufacturers and I made a few head to head comparisons and the Px7 S2e came out on top not only with their superior sound but also with their better quality build. The app is not the best app out there but I like its minimalist approach and lets me do what I need to do. Those are the best headphones that I own and I would recommend them to anybody looking for high-end headphones at an entry-level price. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

The build quality is excellent, and the weight feels good in hand and on your head. I was able to wear them for over an hour with no discomfort. After that time, I fidgeted a little with the earpads. This will of course vary be the shape of your head and ears.

I think these are one of the best sounding headphones on the market. As an audiophile I have tried to find good sounding headphones and I have not come across anything that sounds better than these noise cancelling headphones. The base is tight and deep. The mids are sonorous and the highs are mellow. The noise cancellation is great too. I wish they send a charger included which is a drawback in my opinion.

Released as a upgrade to Bowers PX 7 S2, it range and performance is quite stellar in its current price range. If your not focus on noise cancelling capabilities, this headphone provides stellar good mids. I'm not a audiophile, but I believe Bowers and Wilkins one best performing wireless headphone series. If you're interested in a more popular sound tuning the new generation S3 are good option. Though it more expensive, and the px7s2e a good budget pick.

Sounds quality is excellent and they are very comfortable. I don't usually use the active noise cancelling but I did use it when I was vacuuming the house and it worked wonderfully.

These headphones sound a tad bit better than the previous model. The bass is cleaner and not as boomy as the previous models, which allows for a smoother midrange and clean highs. I was very impressed with these headphones and they sound great for the money.

Excellent audio and connectivity for Bluetooth. The battery lasts a long time before recharging.

Really nice set of headphones with ANC. The ANC works pretty good but there are better options in this price range. They sound best when wired and attached to a dac which kinda defeats the wireless purpose.

Great sound quality and very comfortable over the ears. The leather is soft, perfect balance of noise canceling, just a high quality headphone.

I have never owned a Bowers and Wilkins product before, so when I purchased the Px7 S2e headphones I did it with an open mind based on numerous reviews and brand reputation. I got the headphones because it was the 'e' version so it had to be better than the previous iteration, right? The sound coming from the product is awesome!! I hear instruments and other things that are amplified and "forward" which I did not hear clearly from my previous headphones. Overall, I would recommend the headphones to others.

the device is the best in the price range ever the leather is soft and good enough to obstruct outside noise. the sound is awesome compared with boss QC Ultra. boss QC Ultra is like personal firework otherwise PX7 S2E is fireworks festival. only one weakness point is little heavy.

Meh....for $400 I expected higher volume. You want loud go cheap. Albeit the sound quality is fairly lush. Very rich, just not that loud. As far as build quality...we'll see how they hold up next 10 years. Headphones are easy to use, paired right up to my phone. Didn't need the app, although other people may need/want the app. Yes, I'd recommend these headphones to someone looking for rich sound, if you're looking to make your ears bleed....keep looking.
