Customers praise the Zeppelin Wireless Speaker's superb sound quality, powerful bass, and ease of use. Many appreciate its stylish design and convenient Bluetooth connectivity. However, some users experienced issues with the AirPlay connection's reliability. Overall, the positive feedback on sound quality and design outweighs the reported AirPlay concerns.

Bought this item. I have other items from B & W and I love their headphones. Was not to impressed with the sound. Returned it and boutght a Sonos. I love thge Sonos. The B & W just did not have the clarity in the sound that the Sonos did.

B&W has done it again. I've had B&W floorstanding speakers (683's) as well as a B&W Zeppelin Air (predecessor to the Zeppelin Wireless) for several years and I find the sound quality to be outstanding. The Wireless certainly has improved functionality over the Air in terms of introducing Bluetooth and Spotify Connect, but I continue to use Airplay for the most part. My only gripe is that the Wireless has a little less bass than the Air although most said the Air had too much bass and was not as sonically accurate. Regardless, I'm totally sold on the Zeppelin Wireless and it can definitely fill the void of a larger system if you don't have the space or $. Having said that, if you already have an Air, I'm not sure you really need to "upgrade" to the Wireless :-)

What a beautiful Sounding speaker and a state of art design. However Bluetooth dropouts were so annoying, for a speaker costing this much. Maybe I should have tried another too see if it had the same problem.

Great but not good for computer connection

When I bought the Zepplin I was told that the AUX in will take my computer input. But after going through B&W technical, I have found that a firmware upgrade is needed to wake up the speaker when you turn your Windows computer on with direct input into the AUX. Not available yet but maybe sometime in future. Otherwise you have to reach over to the back of the speaker to turn on manually or wake up via Wi-Fi with your music source. Minor problem but speaker does sound great and love Spotify on it.

GREAT SOUND - LOOKS - USE

The Zeppelin looks sleek and artful and is easy to set up and play.
And play it does, cranking nicely at higher volumes but also subtle and pure at lower volumes, with any genre of music. Bass is present and powerful without boom, mids clean and even, and the highs crisp.
This is my go-to music speaker.
