We bought this in June and my wife and son use it 2 or 3 times a week.Yesterday,we started noticing burning smell and the incline stopped working. It’s been 5 months and the machine broke down. Called Bowflex customer support and they said they need to order the parts which will take at least 3 months to arrive which means that I cannot use this machine for the next 3 months. I would never recommend this product due to the reliability of the parts. They come from different companies (Bowflex, Nautilus and Schwinn)

Machine is not ment for beginners. Very stif strides even on level 1. Yes it very nice looking, but it squeeks way too much for the prize i paid. I dont want to return it and go through the hassle of taking apart. 1 month of 4 times a week for 30 minutes of usage not to pleased. Wish i would of gotten something cheaper.

This is heavy duty equipment, emphasis on heavy. Assembly is tedious but manageable. We decided to set it up upstairs which could be a challenge if we ever decide to move. Nevertheless, this machine definitely meets expectations for an elliptical. The console includes a fan but it is not very strong when you are working out so make sure you are in a room that is cool or have a portable fan available as you burn those calories. Great purchase thus far!

Love having this in the house and especially since Covid. Canceled my gym membership thanks to this machine! Works great - so much so, my sister wanted one too... but it was sold out when she went shopping for exact model. Only complaint is that it now squeaks a bit - but that might just be from use and dust. Probably just needs some oil or grease on the wheel parts. Sometimes the arms get in the way when I want to grab my phone from the shelf up top, kinda annoying, but you get over it.

Amazing machine! You will definitely get your money's worth. Not only was this on sale when I purchased this (yeah, I'm still paying this one off), but it's the real deal. The delivery was quick and I hired someone to put it together (I wasn't even gonna try to do it myself). There's too many pros to list, so I will tell you that the biggest pro is that as long as you take care of it and treat it like gold, it should last you a lifetime. The biggest advice I have is to make sure you get silicone lubricant (it comes with one), maybe from Amazon (I bought mine from Amazon), and make sure you grease the rails (at the bottom) periodically. During the summer I was applying this once a week. Now, it's every other week. You don't have to douse it in the lube, but spread enough to cover those bottom rails because otherwise you'll start hearing a really annoying squeaking within a week.

Delivered in a damaged box. After 4 hours spent putting this together and 5 minutes of exercise, the unit froze up and wouldn’t move even a quarter inch. Bowflex/Natalia service was horrible (blamed on Covid). Appointment to have service call was 3 week out. Kudos to Bust Buy in that they authorized a return.

I haven’t been able to use this machine since I purchased it because it shuts off. Best Buy was not able to help.. not to mention I was transferred several times before I was told that they could not help me and to contact Bowflex. Bowflex has been great, sending me new parts and then a technician to come and fix it. I would recommend going through Bowflex themselves to purchase versus Best Buy.

I love this thing. Only reason there's not 5 stars is the pain the assembly was. I expected it to be rough, as I was doing it myself. But the instructions were garbage.

Easy to use, effective and good quality. Gym quality workout. A bit large for home use. But well worth the investment.

Been very impressed, this is a heavy duty piece of equipment. Was surprised at how heavy equipment was. make sure you set it up were you want it. If this is going into a basement double check head height. Overall I am very happy with it and feel it is worth the money.

In 3 days of use the machine started to wiggle loose. Poor build quality, plastic clicked loudly, interface was way over the top as they should have focused on its Primary purpose. I guess think of this as an American car where the tech is updated but the oil leaks at 60k miles, vs the simple interior of a BMW..no need to flex, just test drive and you'll feel the difference.

Worst purchase made ever. Machine broke after a month of use, 10 emails later, 5 service calls and 3 hours of phone talk, they still haven’t fix machine. They reach out, set appointments and then cancel the day before, always with a different excuse. Bowflex takes no responsibility for machine being broken. Very disappointed.

During this pandemic, my wife and I decided to buy an elliptical machine to exercise. This machine is very durable and looks like it will last a very long time.
