I have been debating how to fill the small area in my basement with a home gym. This is more compact than I thought. The versitility of the workouts is more than I need but it's nice to know it's an option. Manual says you can't expand the power rods from the 210 but a quick search will show you otherwise to get up to the 410. My only complaint is that mine did arrive with quite a bit of surface rust on the welded areas.

I bought this Bowflex for my husband for Father's day. It was the perfect gift, he loves it. You can do so many exercises, and work your whole body. It comes with an instructions manual that guides you on many different workouts. We are both using it now and we are both happy.

Quickly became a solid, easily-sustained routine. Much easier on joints than weight machines or free weights, resistance similar to using stretch bands (ie, steadily increases to max at top extension, gradually reduces back to set position).

The bench isnt quite as sturdy or versatile as i'd hoped, and a little disappointed it doesnt have an upright position. Its a little fiddly woth having to keep moving cables around and undoing/redoing them when youre done, but overall a good economic / space saving alternative to a weight stack machine.

I couldn’t be happier with this decision. I used to belong to a gym on which I used to spend a lot of money every month and would not have enough time to go there because it was so far from my house so I decided to invest in this machine. This thing is a all in one home gym. You cannot go wrong with this purchase. Best investment in a home gym.

Totally rocks. I remember as a young teen my mom got me a Bowflex like 20 yrs ago. After finding this item and remembering the Brand. Its awesome and you really feel the burn to start to tone up and gain muscles. PS. My son uses it also as a young teen himself :)

I purchased this entry level device to assist with rehab. following a surgery and the end of physical therapy. The device was easy to assemble and is easy to use. The unit meets my needs and I'm satisfied with my purchase. I was also fortunate to have caught it on sale.

Wish it had some better work out instructions but beyond that it's great fairly straight forward assembly and a enough weight tension

I started using the PR1000 two weeks ago. Positives: nice entry-level home gym with lots of different exercise options. For starters it comes with a description of 6 different training goals (general fitness, strength, etc). And most important (for me), it's immediately usable, no time-consuming trip to the Gym. Negatives (if you want to see it like that): Because it's an all-in-one machine, you're constantly rewiring (from upper pull to lower pull). I still rate it with 5 stars since it does for me, what I had expected. Advanced professionals might look for higher-level machines that also allow for bigger weight resistance (the PR1000 goes up to 105 pounds on one side).

This is a great, sturdy and compact fitness machine. Easy to assemble and you get a great workout when using. I am very happy with this bowflex.

This bowflex has everything you need for a great workout. It was fairly easy to put together. I was able to do it by myself. I love the versatility of this equipment and the bench seating can be pushed up to help you save on space. I'd highly recommend this to anyone whether your just starting out exercising or have been at it for a while. You'll get a full body workout and the resistance load is great. This was a real treat for me and a great addition to my home gym.

Fairly easy to put together. I've had it for a month no problems fairly easy to change weight. Benches average. For the most part very pleased with the product

Got it for $499, good value. Make weight is 210, so legs or chest could be tricky if you lift more. But solid value and relatively easy to put together.

Good size was able to set up in room and save on a monthly membership

Love it. Entry level home gym, easy to put together and such a time saver. No kore waiting for a machine to be freed up at the gym and worrying if they wiped it down before me.

This machine is awesome! Took around 2 hours to build, quality is perfect. I have used it several times now and I do not regret this purchase!
