I first bought a Peloton and didn’t like it because it would shake when I was running on it. (I’m not that big) I also didn’t like the fact that you had to have a membership to do any type of programs. Very expensive membership! I sent Peloton back and purchased a Bowflex treadmill and I love it! Membership is reasonable and they have programs built in if you don’t want a membership. It also has a fan that I love and Peloton didn’t. So far I am very happy with my purchase!!

We love this machine. The first computer went haywire and stopped working but bowflex replaced it immediately! No issues since. Love the screen. The pad could be a little softer but you get used to it. Far cheaper than NordicTrac programs which is great!

Love this treadmill. Extremely great quality, definitely worth the money. Smooth band, doesn't make noise when you run and easily connects with devices via bluetooth.

I purchased the Bowflex Treadmill 22, Model # 100910 on March 31, 2024 brand new. I was very pleased with my purchase (even though it was $3k) and enjoyed all the great features this treadmill offers. It was used regularly for the first two months and as the weather improved outside it was used less and less. For the last month and half it has not been used and today I decided to run on it to avoid the extreme outdoor heat. To my disappointment, The treadmill will NOT turn on. I checked the power cord, the power switch, which shows power as it is illuminated and the emergency stop to make sure it hadn't become dislodged accidentally. Still nothing, the fan won't turn on, nor the LCD and definitely not the treadmill itself. I am extremely disappointed in the product. I'm hoping it's just me who got a lemon and others who have also purchased this model haven't experienced this same issue and hopefully never do.

The mechanics of the treadmill are solid, but the electronics are not. The customer service can only be reached by phone (after hours long waits) and, strangely, do not return emails. At all. The console (the screen/brain assembly) stopped working after 21 days. Apparently this is very common with these treadmills. Bowflex warranty replacement will take over one month to replace the console. Best Buy is currently out of stock, so I'm unable to get a full replacement. I could get a refund, but the price has increased significantly since purchase (t was on sale). So, all my "get in shape" momentum will likely be lost. I've been reading about too many issues with this treadmill. It's a great idea, but seems like they went cheap on components, and the customer service is very poor.

I love my new treadmill! We had to wait almost two weeks for it to be installed and now that it is my husband and I have used it every day since. The screen is large so it is fun to either follow one of the guided walks/runs through anywhere you want in America or other countries or do your own walk. It is easy to use and you have the freedom to set the pace and incline wherever you want and change it throughout the walk. I'm so happy with our decision to make this purchase!!

This treadmill is terrible! The features and the screen is great but it is of no use with how often I have to get it serviced. It has broken on me 3 times and today is the 4th and it is only 13 months I have owned it. I am getting so sick of the constant repairs and being down. Even though I have a service warranty from Best Buy, they will do nothing telling me it is Bowflex's responsibility since still under the manufacturer warranty. Best Buy needs to step up now since they sold me this lemon!

Great treadmill and does everything it's advertised to do, Nice and quiet, really like the big screen, instillation was great, the crew did a good job

Great machine has a lot of different programs if you purchased the journey app. It’s a bit pricey and you have to have the app to have all the added features, but it’s well worth it.

We have purchaced this treadmill in Feb. 2021. This is a very solid heavy duty treadmill similar to a commercial one at the gym, and look very nice and sleek. My family of 5 all use and like it, especially my son and husband who are 6’2’’ tall really like how solid and sturdy it feels when running on it. The 22” inch touchscreen is very big and beautiful with all the wonderful features. I hope this treadmill will last a long time. I just want to mention that Best Buy customer service is excellent! They always stand behind their products. We have bought many electronics including TVS, computers, games from Best Buy, and when there were any problem, Best Buy always took care of the problem for our best interest. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEST BUY BECAUSE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Excellent treadmill. They need to update their sofware to make it a 5 star. Unable to change program once you started a workout. Also, we need more varieties in app.

I love to work out. For the money spent this is a good product. My only complaint is what the body is made of. It's almost like a tough plastic. Doesn't feel like it will last long but the machine is sturdy. We have it on carpet. When I'm running at 6.0 it does shake a little but not terribly. It get's the job done.

Love this treadmill! Feels like the nice ones at the gym. It is large and very heavy!!! So I don’t plan on moving it for years but as a treadmill it’s fantastic. I don’t know if it’s the treadmill or the journey app but several times the treadmill has shut down in the middle of the workout and I loose my workout numbers

Just what I was looking for. The overall footprint is a little large, but the programs are great and it’s the only treadmill that I’ve found that lets you use the screen for streaming services. That’s a huge plus for me. The only reason I deduct a star is because the treadmill does not let you use said streaming services without their JRNY subscription. If they would change that, this machine would be perfect.

I am pleased with the Bowflex Treadmill 22. The touch screen is very easy to use, and I like the option of watching Netflix and Hulu as well as listening to music during my workout. In addition, Bowflex also picks routines specific to my abilities which I find very useful. My only negative critique would be the exercise videos for using the dumbbells. The trainers spend too much time talking about using the dumbbells rather than actually using them. I have resorted to looking online for routines instead.

JRNY is garbage. Machine broke and screen went black after one week of use. Machine itself is build very nicely and very heavy. I wish it had not broke. It took 6 attempts for delivery company to pick up the treadmill and best buy to refund my money for various reasons. Delivery company has issues with truck breaking down, bringing too small truck or simply no one being available to pick up the product. I had to keep calling bestbuy and stay on hold got almost more than a month to get my money back.

Came with a small dent on left side rail. My guess that is from best buy local staff at the location of purchase. Also on the arms the bolt holes are nearly impossible to thread. ended up stripping out bolt and hole. so the left arm attachment would not thread. Had to wait for warranty process which is next to none. response times are horrendous. as for use still working through all of that.

I hate treadmills, but due to Covid I much needed cardio. Well this has to be by far one of my best investments. Great gift to self. Instructions are simple and easy to put remaining parts together. The screen is huge and I love it

This thing is a beast of a treadmill. Truly feels like I'm working out on a piece of commercial gym equipment. I was torn between the T22 and the T10 but ultimately decided on the T22 because of the large monitor - I'm confident now that I've made the right decision because this thing is a true luxury!

Everything was going great until my treadmill stop working because of a system failure! I have only had this for one month and it’s already broke. I called bowflex and they are sending me a new part to replace but it’s going to take up to 8 weeks to get….really……I’m sorry but when you pay this much for a machine that you use every day they should have replacement parts on hand. At least customer support is great to work with and easy to contact. But now I’m SOL!
