My issue was with how it attaches to the dash. In the hot Florida sun, the sticky bottom that adheres to the dash does not hold. It would slide off after being in the sun a while.

The menu did not mention it. Almost return it since QC does not charge my S9+ phone due to the position is too high. Once I figure it out the holder can be extended by accident, it work perfectly.
