I was really impressed with the Vent Mount for use with cell phones. I also found it useful to hold my car stereo remote. I was struggling with finding a place to hold my remote as well as my cell phone. I actually configured the metal plates so I could hold both at the same time, or each one separately. Magnet is very strong and the clips worked just perfect for my Ford F-150 Truck 2014.

This product comes with two different sized magnets that you put in between your phone and phone case, so that it will hold the phone onto the vent clip. It also has the option of pulling out a lower lip to set the phone on or let if float in mid air. Even floating the phone does not move through any bumps while driving. The magnet is strong and holds the phone entirely throughout my drive.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase of the Bracketron. It makes using my phone in my truck so much easier. The best part is how easy it is to move my phone sideways, vertically or even to remove or put back on the stand with so much ease! I believe it's a Lil pricey but I'm very happy i bought it. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who has some means of transportation.

Depending on your AC vent the clips can be jicky but the magnet is strong and the phone stays put. I'm happy with it.

The product came with two magnets, small square and larger rectangle, to fit inside your case and dual sided adhesives. I used the larger magnet but not the adhesive. It's worked well once I learned to slide the phone to the side to break the magnetic connection. Relocates well and would definitely recommend.

I purchased this product for my GPS. It fits perfectly on my vents without interfering with the air conditioning and it makes the GPS very easy to use and to see. It holds the GPS very securely without falling or drooping.

This product makes it so much easier to Follow GPS since it’s straight in front for easy viewing.

I liked the idea of attaching to the vent rather than attached to the windshield or crookneck from the cigarette lighter. The magnet is strong. disengaging can be challenging as sometimes the entire unit is pulled off the vent. I've learned to slid it off. I used the larger of the two plates on the back of my phone. Perhaps the smaller plate would have minimized this problem.

Easy to use but is a little heavy adjusts vent to were it is not usable

Got this to make my life easier on trips (and so that my girlfriend wouldn't have to hold my phone anymore for me,which she wasn't a fan of). It holds my phone well; it comes with 2 different sized metal plates, both are thin enough to fit inside my phones protective case( I went with the larger of the 2 plates to put in my case). The holder itself has what I assume is a magnet? that holds the phone in place very well(because of the metal plate in the case). I've had other phone holders before in the past and they haven't been this sturdy. Only issue I have with it(haha and the reason I gave it 4 stars) is that I have a wireless charger for my phone and the metal plate seems to interfere with the charger and my phone:(. Not a big deal for me though, just use the cable charger instead:).

I have had phone holders for my iPhone 5s that gripped the sides. That was a little inconvenient because sometimes the pads came off, which made the grip more tenuous. This one is great. The vent mount puts it in a convenient position, the vent cools the phone when using Waze and charging, and the magnet makes it easy (but not TOO easy) to take off.

Has a strong magnet so phone does not fall off mount. It stays mounted on the air vents without a problem.

Works well even for an iPhone 6+. Very happy with this product.

This is one of several holders I have purchased to hold my smartphone. I have my smartphone in a protective case and, evidently, that is the reason all of the holders have failed. The weight is too much for the Brackertron, the sticky pad on the dash, two or three variations of the Brackertron, and even duct taping it to the steering wheel has failed.

I use it in my car to hold my iPhone in place while driving. So I can see my phone GPS and other things. Works great. I have had others but they don't seem strong enough and phone would slide off. This one the magnet is very strong and its adjustable for size or length of device.

holds phone in place and easy attachment work in any car

I travel in rental cars often and wanted a portable Cell phone mount for using GPS. This mount has proven to be only 50% effective in my travels. Sometimes not fitting into a vent, other times falling out while driving. Note, I do have a heavy phone (Galaxy 5s Active w/ Otter case).

Works in my 06 Honda Pilot. Did not need to put extra magnet/metal strip on Galaxy S6. Did need magnet strip for iPhone 6 in a case. The magnet is strong. I always end up pulling the mount out of the vent when trying to remove the iPhone. Simple to mount back though.

I like being able to see what music is playing from my phone. Also nice for having my GPS on.
