The magnet is really strong and I used the smaller one and it is really on the mount pretty good. You actually have to lift from the bottom to get it off without messing up the mount's placing. Whenever you're not using, pull the mount off of the vent within a few second and toss in trunk or middle console but here's the kicker, the vent that it is attached to will start to bend a little bit. I noticed it when I took it off of my vent. Hopefully it will be fine but aside from that, I love it! I just feel like it's overpriced by about $6 at least. I paid $40+ tax.

I really like this mount. Didn't give 5 stars because it does block the vent when my phone is mounted...just a personal problem. Orher than that, I love it!

This phone holder works well. It serves it purpose and I no longer have to hold my phone or have it slip around the front seat. It does on occasion sag or fall off the vent if I don't secure it tightly. Makes sure you secure it well and you will have no problems.

I was looking for a vent mount phone holder (rather than the windshield suction type). This product fits the bill. The magnetic piece inserts into the inside of my phone case. I'm very pleased.

The mount is a good addition for someone who travels a lot but the only drawback is that the phone gets heated when we travel in the winter and I'm not sure how good that is for a cell phone battery.

I was in search of something to hold my phone while driving. It's perfect for GPS, just be careful the way you attach it. Make sure it's stable so it does not fall when you're driving!

This phone holder was exactly what I was looking for! No wiggling the phone into clips, and the holder for the bracket slid easily onto the air vent, with no damage!

It works well for holding different types of phones. It is easy to put on and take off. However, it often comes off when you remove your phone.

The cell phone hold was designed to attache to air vent in your car. Because of the shape and locations of my vents it has a tendency to fall off, but works OK most of the time. If your vents are square and not slanted it would probably work great.

This vent mount works great. The magnet is really strong and the plate isn't overly intrusive on the inside of the case that I use with my phone. Nexus 6P with a Spigen case.

I do apologize for the errors but I'm dictating to my watch at the moment so if something doesn't make sense I do apologize. I purchased this after trying about three or four other holders/mounts. This is very cool it's magnetic and I have an Autre box so I was able to take the rubber off and stick the magnet on which is a 3M adhesive on one side that's the problem it will get into that in a second but once it Was stuck on I put the rubber back over on my OtterBox in you could not see it it did add a little weight and you could feel a little lump but it was not noticeable at all you could basically stick your phone back-and-forth on the holder in it was magnetic in it was very strong magnet never fell off not once it had legs that came down and held the bottom of the phone and I was using a 7+ Apple phone with was stuck on I put the rubber back over on my OtterBox in you could not see it it did add a little weight and you could feel a little lump but it was not noticeable at all you could basically stick your phone back-and-forth on the holder in it was magnetic in it was very strong magnet never fell off not once it had legs that came down and held the bottom of the phone and I was using a 7+ iPhone with it we are with magnetic you could use it vertically or horizontally and the mounts were basically like paper clips that you would put on the vent and then it had and a little anchor I'm on the bottom you would put that on in the nearest the tightness screw in the back where you could rotate it the way you want it and then tighten it up to the point where you cannot move it or you could loosen it just enough to where you could move it but it would hold excellent product but when it came time to give it to my wife removing it was nearly impossible I had to use a screwdriver to get the 3M adhesive to come off the back of the plastic autobox case and it was basically all bent after that I mean you could take it to hammer it on a flat floor all day but it would never be straight again so definitely I want to use only but otherwise in excellent excellent tool

I bought it for my cargo van. However it doesn't fit well on the air vents in that vehicle. Also with as hard as it magnetized which is great, if you try and pull your phone off while driving the clip will fall off and onto the floor.

I like the concept of the magnet holding my phone but I wish the clasp to hold the unit to my car vet was better. If you pull your phone off too hard then the unit comes loose. If it were more secure I would have given it 5 stars.

Simply the best phone mount I've ever had. Attaches securely the the dash vent. Does not require two hands to attach or detach the phone from the mount.

The magnet is surprising strong. I have had zero issues with this mount. My only gripe is that it is only compatible with your phone and no one else's. If you share the vehicle you would need to use multiple magnets on each others phones for it to work with more than just yours. The mount only works with the magnetic strips you attach (permanently) to the phone case.

This is a magnet based phone holder that works well. It's compatible with phones with or without cases and iphones without cases but you have to stick a very thin magnet somewhere on your phone. I don't use a case and i have a removable back cover so I put the magnet inside my phone's battery area. Works great. They supply 2 different size magnets and double sided tape for each. TEST FIT magnet before affixing permanently. Overall, satisfied with product. They need to provide more information about installation though.

I'm not a big fan of air vent phone holders, but in my new car, it's the only place that works. The magnet holders works great, but the vent holders do occasionally pop loose. This is the only vent holder that I would recommend.

I bought this for my husband & he loves it! I have noticed that he never forgets his phone in his truck since he started using this device for his phone! Great purchase!

Really happy with this air vent mount. I stuck the magnet to the back of my Galaxy S4 and it has a strong hold onto the mount. It's nice having the little ledge feature to set the phone onto, too. It's easy to quickly insert and pull out from the air vent; easy to adjust the tilt once installed. It's been great having my phone mounted to the air vent; I can see the gps info on it better now.

There is some work needed to make this a 5 star product, the way this sits on the vent of my Tundra causes the whole thing to fall when I accelerate, not really practical for keeping a heads up when using my GPS on the phone! The research team for this company should look into multiple car examples and make them for specific vehicles, or allow for them to make vehicle specific brackets that can be purchased separately. The concept is great, though, and hope to see some sort of different brackets in the future.
