Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only reason I didn't give it one star is that the magnet connection between the phone and stand was good. The physical magnet adhered so well to the phone that I actually had to get a tool to pry it off. However, the stand doesn't ahear well to the dash nor to the window even with the proper surface cleaning procedure being followed. It was a nice gesture to include vent clip but it sucks thats in order to use that you lose the magnetic portion of the dash mount you paid for seeing how it's two pieces.

The vent clip should simply adhere to the bottom of the adhesive pad if you decide you would rather mount on a vent than the dash. Issue #1: Magnet is weak and my phone falls off when i hit a big bump Issue #2: The piece that attaches to your phone will become loose and free flowing and it makes my phone start to spin while driving. I hate to say it but this device wasn't thought through very well.

Which metal plate are you using on the back of your phone? Also, are you using a case? Depending on the phone case, you may need to place the metal plate on the outside of the phone. Please feel free to contact [email protected], if you have any questions.

Spend more time picking my phone up rather than staying hands free. And yes I do have the plate mounted on the outside of phone case. Do not buy!!
