We would like to mention that the issue you are having with The Charger is because you need to make sure your Dash Pro is seating properly on The Charger. It's necessary that The GoldenPins make contact. Regarding the TouchControls this is mostly a skill we are sure you will master with some time! :)

Awesome true wireless

I like the 4gb built in player so you don't have to have your phone with you. Haven't used the activity functions on them yet. They are expensive but I'm happy with my purchase.

I would recommend to folks who does long haul airplane trips. It takes some time to get used to it, but after that the experience is awesome. I would definitely recommend the Dash Pro version. First i got the regular Bragi Dash and it did had some issues with Bluetooth connectivity stability.

Expensive, but best on the market

My only con is they dont have a way to locate when fallen out and easy assess to buy tip replacements . They crush the sound of all others I own and easy to connect to each other (right and left) cant deal with life without these . They app is nice , the head motion gestures future and heart monitor is nice . If they only had a way to locate when lost ID buy 5 pairs of these and have them always charged rotting them out. U can listen to while swimming and in shower

Better than AirPods!

They were better than my AirPods and had the perk of saving music to the actual headphones no phone required as well as swimming with them! It took two wears to get used to the difference in air pressure but once I did they were comfy. Didn’t experience the Bluetooth connectivity issues that others noted mine worked even leaving the phone down and doing laundry etc. Holds a long charge and the case holds a few charges as well. Overall would recommend!

The only down size is the actual sound quality. Personally it is not worth the dollar value put into the headphones. They aren't horrible, but there are much better "sounding" headphones then these.

Not worth the hype

While the comfort and UI is top notch the Bluetooth connection is horrible. Putting my phone in my pocket during workouts rendered the streaming music utterly useless. Even after 2 updates the problems are persistent. Returning to the store for a refund. At a $300 plus price point the one thing you can't miss on is basic Bluetooth functionality.

Usually with sound issues its due to not having a good fit so would have suggested trying the different fit sleeves and fit tips but it seems you have returned the product already. With regards to the charging our support department should have been able to help.

Good start to intelligent earbuds

Shaking your head to answer the call is very convienient while driving. The battery life is short. Yes the charging case does have battery and that's convenient but I wish I could get another pair to swap when the firsts batter dies. I like the product but because of the battery life I would not recommend these for the everyday wearer of Bluetooth headset. If you use them for exercise for as much as 3 hours only then defiantly good.

Keeps track of your workout and HR. 4D menu is nice touch for hands free experience and charging case is really durable. The ANC is amazing and really blocks out a lot of background noise you just have to make sure they are securely snugged in your ear and when you need to hear it having conversation you can turn it off with just a swipe
