I have used several other wireless headphones previously and these initially exceeded the others until about 2 weeks after the warranty period and the charger stopped working following ordinary usage. Without the proprietary charger, the headphones are unusable. I tried to get a replacement charger and could not even purchase one aside from buying a whole new set of headphones. Bragi customer service, though responsive, left me with simply a "good luck".

These earphones are by far the best wireless bluetooth smart headphones on the market and they're very responsive also they fit very comfortably within the ear with the different size earbuds can I wear them all day and hardly even notice that they're in there

First off... these are expensive and I never considered buying headphones that would cost this much. I enjoy running and being active, and so far I've tried no less than 5 wireless headsets. My Sony's have been my favorite, and I've been looking at the new Bose earbuds - but I think they will be just as bulky as what I already have, and there's no touch interface. I read many reviews about the Bragi's and they were very mixed. Most agreed that the Dash Pro fixed most of the issues from the original Dash. I can't speak to the Bluetooth performance in much detail yet, but so far - no issues with my Galaxy S8+. After using them for a several hours today I'm very happy with them. The sound is great - clear highs and decent bass - very well balanced overall. It's not Bose great, but I'd give it 9 out of 10 (and I'm very picky about sound quality). The volume settings do not allow them to go overbearingly loud - I will probably mostly use them on the max volume setting. One tick louder might be helpful - but the max level is probably "safe" for long term listening. They could address that in a firmware update someday. The numerous included ear tips can help anyone find a good fit. They feel comfortable and will not fall out during activity. I haven't taken them out on a run yet, but it appears the heart rate sensor is compatible with MapMyRun - which is great! Features are top notch. I wanted low profile with touch controls. And these get a 10 out of 10 for both. There are gesture controls (moving your head) and a new feature where you tap your cheek (not the earpiece, your cheek near your ear) to initiate another function. Great ingenuity! You can use just the right earbud and remove the left one if you choose... but removing the right earbud stops functionality. I'm not sure yet, but I expect 4 to 5 hours of playtime, and the charging cradle gives an additional 4 or 5 more charges so I will pay attention and just make sure to charge the cradle a couple times a week and I should never be without the earbuds being fully charged. I'm hoping they continue to perform well. I paid the higher price for these to hopefully encourage Bragi to continue to innovate and develop a great product, which so far I feel this is.

These are great and are true to their name. These make working out enjoyable knowing they will not fall off at anytime. Battery life is good and a lot of neat updates that make them even better. Well worth the money. Just wished they were a bit louder but their still great

If you have big ears they are wonderful could stand them to be more flush to the outside of my ear. My wife can’t wear them they are too larger so some size reduction would be worth another buy keeping ahead or earin good job next round I expect perfection

I loved these headphones. I really wish I could’ve kept them but they kept slipping out of my ears. I feel like I have an average ear but the buds would not fit! I tried all of the sizes and I was so dissapointed!! I really wish I could’ve kept them.

I have tried many truly wireless headhones, these being the most expensive and have the most features. The features are impressive and gives a glimpse into the future. For the money, the sound is just average at best. I ended up with the Jabra - Elite 65t and they blow these away for half the price. Go buy the Jabra instead.

The Bragi - The Dash Pro True Wireless Intelligent Earphones is pricey but worth it. After trying different products I've come to swear by these earphones....

I bought this as a gift for my father. Turned out the caller function does work even after persistent trouble shooting. Very disappointed.

They sounded dreamy and held up for almost a year but no long have them in store and had to find them now

I am in love with this earphones up until today. I have the AirPods and still this is the best.

I was excited to get these - looked great and sounded like they had a great set of features. The biggest problem is the UNSTABILITY of the Bluetooth connection - these can't keep a connection on iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone X or iPad... Have reset them, rebonded them, updated them and they are SO unstable! It's great that they have so many features, but a primary feature of a wireless earbud like this would be a connection to your device. These just didn't deliver on that! So disappointed!

Poor sound quality, difficulty using only one at a time, not worth the price tag. Used for two days and returned. Bought the Apple AirPods instead.

I've tried the Dash on multiple runs and it always cuts off. It only appears to work when walking which is not what I purchased it for.

They worked great. Bluetooth worked across my house with no interference. The passive hearing needs work or reprogramming.

Best headphones I’ve ever bought. A little pricey but worth the investment
