weird at first,after several weeks great! Love them

I heard some great things about this headset and so wanted it to work for me. There are two very frustrating things that made us return them. 1. When talking the person on the other end kept hearing their voice echo back - very distracitng. 2. The position of the port for charging is really bad. There is a hard nob that sticks out and actually was painful in my ear.

Taking it back. Only played music once...was suprised when it did. I have about 3-4 hours into making this thing work. Followed the step by step instructions with no success. I then read some reviews and evidently this is a semi-common problem. When it did play I wanted it louder. Loved the noise canceling feature, worked very well.

Don't get me wrong, If you have $300 and want a pair of headphones, you will still get a better product from the wired headphones. but the connectivity has improved greatly from its previous generation and the gestures/touch control are very easy to control.

I'm always on the go so music or podcasts are always a must. Having the freedom of being able to move around with no wires is amazing. The range is good and the connection is stronger then previous models. A must have for any and everyone.

The being able to hear your surroundings and still listen to music is amazing but when you don’t want to hear your surroundings you can turn it off and bam can’t hear anything but your music

I bought a handful of so called "waterproof" headphones before I found the Bragi's. These are absolutely amazing since I swim at the gym weekly. You definitely get what you pay for with these.

So I bought these and returned them a few times because of the software not being where it should be. However, I can say the company has finally gotten things together and I absolutely love these headphones

Cool idea but lacks enough support to make this a worthy purchase. Quite expensive and was hard for me to find a good fit. Bluetooth connectivity suffers greatly

I had these for 3 years, awesome headphones! Unfortunately the company Bragi is no longer around...

Bought it because Bragi was the pioneer of truly wireless earphones. Big mistake. Very uncomfortable, too complicated app, exercise assistant with heartbeat counter a real mess. I kept trying for a month, so I thought it was me and I made a huge mistake, too late to get my money back. Too expensive!! Apple AirPods are simplistic and way better.

Not happy with quality of sound and the motion gestures great concept but terrible in real life.

Bragi's tech is light years above the competition.

I had planned to be dazzled. It evidently doesn’t like iPhone. I only hear calls from one ear. The motions you are supposed to use on the buds to navigate simply would not calibrate. It recognizes none of my finger movements on the buds themselves. They have become very expensive paperweights.

the auto sensor is good, but still i feel samsung is better

I've been looking for bluetooth earphones primarily for making phone calls on the move (in car, airports, etc.) I read hundreds of reviews and tried others but was not happy until I got the Dash Pros. Fantastic phone call quality. No clipping or garbling. Almost no background noise for the other caller, even in the car with the window open. The ear bone mic takes the sound conducted through your body instead of fighting outside noise. And it still sounds like you on the phone. The multiple ways to manage actions is helpful. Use the phone, use touch interface, use your phone assistant (i.e. Siri) or use hands-free head gestures. I love nodding my head to accept or shaking my head to reject a call. I tried wearing them non-stop for long periods - they fit very well and are comfortable (minor irritation after a few hours with the charging pins, but really minor). Fit was great out of the box. No issues with looseness or falling out even with vigorous motion. Working out and moisture from sweat and shower are not problem for the Dash Pro and they stay in place. With occasional phone calls and listening to music I am getting about 5 hours of use on a charge. No bluetooth dropouts. Not one. While running, working out with my phone across the room. In the car. In the shower....not one dropout. Music quality? Pretty good. I'm not an audiophile, and if you are you should buy over-ear phones. But for earbuds it is pretty good. No active noise canceling but the passive is so good it is not necessary. I am very very very happy with these earphones. But I wasn't happy initially. I almost took them back. There was a problem charging (my personal charger didn't regulate the voltage well so I had to connect to another charger or my PC). Then I couldn't update the software because my computer didn't recognize the earbuds. The instruction and troubleshooting documentation is scattered and is poorly organized. Thankfully the online chat staff are helpful and the product is surprisingly intuitive, despite the complexity of the controls and software. You learn it quickly. Eventually, when I was past the point of despair, it was determined that my USB cable was to blame and when I switched cables everything clicked and I went from frustration to elation within seconds. The Bragi site link to the online store is broken so I can't create my account. The phone app gives me an error when I try to open the user manual. But other than that everything is great (now). Great product and despite some holes in the documentation the company seems solid and supports their product.
