I just got my bragi dash pro today at best buy. And I must say that they did a bang up job on these things this time. The only problem that I can tell so far is that when you're outside and you have your phone on the left side it start to cut out constantly. But maybe there's a lot of factors involved. But as soon as I put my phone on the right side I had no problem at all. I made a phone call with them and the person on the other end didn't complain. I'm a truck driver so I will be running them through the ringer. I hope and pray that they don't fail because I can tell you right from the start that I'm in love with these headset already. They sound way better than the airpods and I have those too. The music is very soothing even though I love heavy bass like the jam ultra earbuds I also bought from best buy. Those things are off the hook. But I bought these because we are moving into the artificial intelligence world and I can't wait to see how far they will push the envelope with the bragi dash pro. Well I hope that this helped you guys make a decision on your perches. The price is a little steep but if they keep improving their products it's worth it. $355.00 after taxes

Easy to connect (app and Bluetooth) and update (seen the reviews and seems that Bragi clear the bugs on update issues), very comfortable in the ear, responsive UI, easy to use app and good sound for a small wireless in ear headset. Easy to customize features that you like to use in the app.

Very poor customer support! Charging pin broke in my case, making them useless. The $60 replacement charger has been out of stock on their website since May. The only responses I’ve received from Bragi reps are an apology and that “they will be back in stock soon” A little research revealed that plenty of other unhappy people have been told the same thing since early this year. Customer service aside, these are overpriced considering they are pretty much useless for phone calls as everyone will complain they can’t hear you. The sound quality is just ok, no better than the Jaybird Runs or AirPods.

Picked these up a few months back and loved them for about a month. It's been 8 months now and well they are toast. The stopped charging and holding a complete charge of they do. They never seemed in their case properly so any movement would cause them to not charge charge. Not worth the price dont buy them!

Please don't buy bragi company product worst customer service, just waste of time and money . I've bought bragi dash pro within a month battery suck I've email and call to customer service no one responding worst experience. i suggest to buyers please don't waste your money.

I spent $$$$ on Bragi to listen to Audiobooks while swimming. Bragi even now suggests it can do this. Turns out BIG DISAPPOINTMENT can only return to book back at the beginning every time. Dysfunctional. Don’t be misled by shiny images.. Also out of box first Bragi faulty - but they insisted that return shipping cost was on me!! Get the picture?

I thought these earbuds would produce excellent audio quality. Boy was I wrong. The audio level is very low and any outside noise interfere s . The audio quality is no better than a cheap pair costing much less. I really wanted these to work . Just goes to show you you don't always get what you paid for. Their going back for a refund.
