I’m done with this product.

Poor quality control

Contacted customer service and they confirmed the right headphone was defective. This should not happen. Save your money and buy another brand or wireless headphone. I returned them for another brand of headphone for the same price that worked right out of the box.

Please note that every skin is different and yours might be a bit more sensitive than the average and therefore we want to recommend you to try out The ComplyFoam Tips that are softer for your ears. Regarding the buttons, make sure you are putting your thumb in the back of your ear to support the action of pressing the buttons. We are sure this will help.

Great truly wireless headphones

The sound goes from average to great - it completely depends on putting the right size tip to get a great deal. Several tips are included so be sure to select the best one to get a great full sound. Some things to note.... The buttons are a bit difficult to press, I end up using more my fingernails to press them. Also as the negative review mentioned the transparency functionality is not great with wind or while biking. But for jogging or around the house it is a pretty cool feature.

Have to say they are pretty good. They stayed in my ears even when I ran on the treadmill. Have worn them for a 4 hour workout session and they still had plenty of battery left. Just wish they were a bit louder. But overall they are a great pair of wireless headphones.

Great start, didn't last long.

Paired easily, sounded great, and the noise cancelling options worked as advertised. After about 4 months the left earbud died but I still used the right one for phone calls and at the gym. After 9 months the right earbud started cutting in and out and it's pretty much useless now. I would have loved to use them if they lasted longer but 4 months is just not worth the price. Pros: (at first) Sound quality, calling, battery life. Cons: Died far too quickly. If you buy them make sure to get the Best Buy insurance to swap them out when they break down.

Thanks for your feedback, we are sorry to see there is a misunderstanding with the usage. Please note that The Headphone works on a Master-Slave based connection where The right Headphone is the Master and the left device is the slave, therefore you will need to have The Right Headphone active. You can always use The StandAlone mode, that allows you to use only one earbud, but it has to be The Right device as we mentioned.

Solid pair for the wireless earbud fans

These were reasonably priced for the features and upon receiving, I was impressed at how light they were. They were also really easy to pair on multiple devices. So kudos to Bragi. I guess there's something to that German engineering.
