    I have only owned 2 Braun shavers, and the 1st one never broke, I just left it behind on vacation. Using the self cleaner definitely keeps everything tidy and lubricated, and keeps these things running.

    If you have a braun razor then you know you have to have these cartridges to clean them. Each cartridge last about one month if used every day and Best Buy has the best prices on these cartridges

    If you have a Braun shaver this is the way to go. Lasts about a month for each cartridge. For some reason this 3 pack from Best Buy was the cheapest I could find per cartridge. Even cheaper than amazon so I am going to try the automatic refill every 3 months. I used to add alcohol to the cartridges when they first emptied but the original solution also has lubricant and seems to make it run better
