Clean smooth shave easy to use Pros- long lasting battery, very stylish, strong agronomical grip, wet/dry option is a must have. Can be charged with legacy chargers from past models. Cons- smudges on fake chrome parts and price could be better for mostly plastic. Replacement foil is very expensive but, compared to buying traditional Gillette style shavers every week, its not so bad.

The business of electric shavers is a foggy one. It is hard to tell sometimes the slight differences between Shaver A and Shaver B which look the same. Anyway I thought I was buying another optioned package but alas this is what I got which works for me, so I kept it. I have been using Braun shavers for the last 46 or 47 years and I upgrade every 4-5 years. As for the shaver. It's beautiful, with great feel in the hand and does the job well, does it do a better job than a $100-$200 cheaper Brauns, I am not sure. I like the wet / dry ability, I love the polished aluminum look, it's very slick and luxurious with the feel of a high end, top notch product, But, it ain't cheap.

Nice razor it shaves real close and being a little older I got quite a few wrinkles so it gets it really good . I have no complaints at all about this razor at all. I wish it would have came with the cleaner apparatus other than that it works just beautiful and he's easy to clean.

One word comes to mind in describing this product, “BIG”. I was completely shocked at how big the unit is. I assumed an electric shaver would naturally be small, but this is counter intuitive. It does a good job at shaving and the head pivots nicely but since it’s so big, getting to smaller area (like the area between the nose and upper lip) is difficult. I tend to use this shaver for most of my face and neck and then use a smaller Philips shaver for the rest of my face. This defeats the purpose of having one very good shaver for home and travel. The packaging was top rate though.

Bought this shaver to replace my andis shaver, and the smoothness is night & day. The andis is easy to bite the skin with if pressed too hard. The Braun doesn’t seem to cut the skin even with excessive pressure that I’ll never apply. Overall I love this machine.

Wow what a quality product. Built well, operates super smooth, close shave, and just feels like a solid machine. Shaver made in Germany, the leather pouch and stand made in China.

I've had closer shaves from cheaper Electric Shavers but this one provides the most comfortable overall experience. I have quite sensitive skin and I'm used to a bit of pulling or tugging at stubborn facial hair. This offers a smooth and even experience every time.

This is my first electric shaver in 40 years & I have a new beard. This shaver is marginally useful for beard trimming, but I have patiently used it to trim away at the length. It has been effective once I can shave stubble under the chin & cheek areas. I have not used the “wet” feature & use a brush to clean the base (after removing the foil) after each use. Be very careful with cleaning the foil because it is expensive.

Great shaves, easy to handle, light weight. It is ideal for traveling.

This is a great razor but I exchanged it for the model that has the charger/cleaning stand all in one...did not even open it.

Bought this as a gift. I've had mine for about 3 years. still works GREAT!
