I have tested many bluetooth speakers and found these are the best sounding, portable, easily pair 2 units for stereo and louder output. The sound quality is quite good and with srs surround mode on the spatial projection, clearity and bass are nicely enhanced. Another big plus is the large battery with USB output that will charge other devices. The battery life is very good as well. Over all I would say these are a best buy.

I have had multiple portable speakers from Best Buy and all of them I loved, but the Braven takes First Place. PROS Great battery life and it charges other devices. Highly water resistant Feels solid and impact resistant Big 360 output for a smaller speaker Multiple charging adapters for versatility Easy to use interface and simple connecting Increased Bluetooth range for clarity CONS My only complaint, and it's not a big one, was the presentation. I've had other portable speakers that come with their own carrying case for easy transport. The Braven comes packed in a square of styrophone held together by two buckle straps. It's an interesting concept, however it tends to be bulky and the styrophone will eventually flake off. I ended up buying a mini plastic tool box that fit the Braven and its accessories perfectly. Other than my personal preference I give this speaker 5 stars. I also advize talking with the department specialist. They know their products and will recommend the best for you.

This is a powerful all-in-one Bluetooth sound system. Super long battery life at full power without loss of sound quality. That's what I was looking for. You could literally take this on a weekend outing and have music for hours each day without having to recharge. It's plenty loud and carries highs, mids, and bass very well. It's not a multi-speaker system so don't expect that kind of dynamic sound but that in know way should take away from the sound this speaker produces. It's heavy so that could be an issue if you plan on toting it around extensively but I like the weight it feels more solidly built due to this plus I'm sure it's necessitated by the battery size. It's water resistant so a light sprinkle or rowing in a canoe shouldn't be an issue (not water proof). Super satisfied no regret with purchase. Plus got great price on sale at bestbuy.

Went into bestbuy looking for a speaker to use around the pool. The sales rep showed me the Braven saying it was waterproof had a USB port for charging. After buying it I took it out of the box sync'd my phone to it and was floored by the sound of it! The volume level was incredible and the sound quality is amazing! Plus I can have my phone plugged into it and not worry about my phone going dead. Glad I bought this speaker and use it all the time!

This was an impulse buy, was looking at getting some more sonos speakers but wanted a blue tooth speaker I could use on the go.The battery life is great and I hardly have to charge it. It sounds good and has good bass for the size. Nice rubber shell to protect it. Wasn't sure if I was going to keep it at first do to price of $300 but then later that month it dropped to $250 and I feel its worth it. Only disadvantage is its heavy.

I visited Best Buy to look for a portable speaker and had something in mind. The floor person showed me a few different ones including the Braven, Bose, Beats and more. Overall I felt the Braven has much better sound quality, more durable and will be a great addition to outdoor parties, camping, cruise trips and anywhere you want to go with music. Bluetooth works great along with the speaker phone option. I would buy it again!!

Great sounds quality, Deep bass, great volume, Good controls, Big battery for long playtime, and lights to show battery life.

Sounds great but the price of 300$ is too high. Sturdy, heavy and weatherproof. No problems connecting to Bluetooth.

Braven speaker has great sound. I like that it recharges easily with a wall adapter, no need to constantly buy batteries. we play outside around the pool and just one speaker is plenty of sound. Have tried several other "portable" speakers but have found the one that really gets the job done with the Braven

Excellent product I bought it for Christmas and play music for about 12 hours continuas. Easy to carry. It has good quality aound. I would recommend this product to people who likes to carry Bluetooth speakers. Has speakers in both sides and this sound better than a boss apeaker. Most definitely will be buying the second one to pair with this. The sound has the most bass out of Bluetooth speakers. I throw parties all summer long with the fire pit and this more than does the job. Can't wait for the 2nd one. Braven is high quality and yes it does handle the rain well. Battery lasts for almost 17 hours. You can feel the difference when you hold this. Its got weight to it for those quality subs and speaker built into it. This is for those who really want clear highs and bottom with crisp mids. Blow Bose away and UE Boom. For the recored I own all three. I am an avid music person and love Bluetooth speakers. These are hands down my favorite when is it comes to overall sound.

I was unsure about buying the speaker because I never heard of the name, but I knew I could return it if I needed and I had 45 days to do it, so it's more than enough time. I've had it for a couple months now and I have no complains at all, I've tried several speakers and are always curious to test the new portable speakers coming out, but this one definitely stands out among the rest. The sound is loud enough for many occasions and with a 28 hour battery life there is never in a 24hr day that you will have to worry about recharging it. It's simply amazing and I would definitely recommend getting it, and if not, the Logitech UE Megaboom is second best with 20hours of battery life and also amazing sound and almost as loud as the Braven HD, but with a slightly crisper/richer sound.

We just got this speaker, & love it!! We use it everyday at work. Took it on vacation used it on the boat, at the beach, at our bon fires, etc.. It's loud, sounds great and battery lasts for ever!!! and I even charged my phone while, we were listening to it, out on the boat. LOVE IT!!!!!

This speaker has been perfect for outdoors around the pool. It has plenty of volume and sounds great. They say the battery lasts 28 hours between recharging and mine certainly does. I am very happy with my purchase

After trying other units in store and via purchase and return I have found this to be the best by fAR IN VOLUME, SOUND QUALITY AND CONNECTIVITY. tHAT PLUS ITS RUBBERIZED SHELL WHICH PROTECTS IT FROM ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE MAKES THIS THE BEST IN ITS CLASS

I bought this for a wedding reception and for me by the pool. It is great and I use it now when I am cleaning in the house. Goes loud enough for a hall. Waterproof and even charges the iphone or whatever you may have with USB port. Love it.

The Braven speaker has great sound quality and punches hard enough to keep a party alive. I compared this speaker to others (UE MEGA BOOM) and believe this has bigger sound. The only negatives are the carrying straps aren't as functional as the lower model. There also is no button to change between sound settings like the lower model has. However, you only need to hold down the + - volume buttons to switch back and forth between these settings for more or less bass. If you are searching for a portable speaker be sure to check it out.

I couldn't decide between this or Bose. The Bose sound might have been slightly better quality however the Braven was significantly more durable and the volume was no comparison either.

Have been comparing different wireless speakers for a while now and finally found the one with the punch, durability and long lasting with the battery...great speaker

Very clear and loud music, especially considering it's water resistant. I'm very impressed with the quality and battery lasts hours longer than I expected.
