It has some weight to it but the sound is great. I use it in the house, garage and when I'm working on the truck. Has no issues with country or rock music. Haven't been able to BT connect my ipod nano, but that may be operator error. Using a cable is fine for me.

However, I decided that the bass over powered the highs and the mid range. It didn't have a warm, balanced sound. I felt it was too harsh sounding and I returned it in exchange for the Bose Soundlink Mini which I am satisfied with.
