Looks like a nice iron. I haven't used it yet but is has a nice wide ironing service and seems to be a quality weight.

the product looks cheap. My wife has a hard time

It is the worse Iron I have ever bought. It is not working at all. Since i dont use it to much i could not returned it because the return day is passed.
