Great way to start brewing at home!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little reluctant to purchase a refurbished machine, but then I knew I could return it to Best Buy if their was any problem (which their was not). It works so much better than my first machine, which was an old Gaggia from eBay. Depending on the coffee I use, it brews so much better than most expressos I get from coffee houses. Plenty of crema, and it looks great on my countertop. For the price, it has been a very good deal.

Arrived Missing Parts
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The machine arrived and it was missing parts. The only thing good about the transaction was that I returned it to my local Best Buy strore with no questions asked.
