It does take a bit longer to air fry foods than the suggested packaging, but just by a couple of minutes, I’m guessing because of the amount of space inside it? it’s still a solid purchase! Looked at the bigger of these two and ended up just getting the smaller one simply due to counter space. We’re a family of two and it has served us well!

The newer unit is definitely a step up, and so far, the air fryer has been worth it. The older model started having strange problems, but feel they have fixed those 'cliches' on this model.

When I picked up the box to bring it in the house. The box ripped in my hands. When I use the oven, it takes 2 hours to cook basic foods that should take a least 30 mins to an hour to cook. This is my third Breville oven. I know how it should perform. This one is defective. It does not act on the level as the others Breville ovens. I called your customer service department; the lovely lady wanted to credit my charge card. Her manager told her not to, so I am stuck with a defective oven. I want a replacement. I feel I have been mistreated. I should not have been sold a defective oven.

I like that this is a fairly compact oven and that the drip tray is removable. Controls are pretty intuitive.
