I bought this toaster oven for my wife for Christmas. We've only had it a short time, but it appears quite nice. We've done frozen pizza (a given), air fried steak fries, and also air fried egg rolls & rangoon; all turned out pretty good. We were primarily interested in the extra air frying and dehydration modes, so we're 50% of the way to meeting our needs While expensive, it will be worth it if it can replace a toaster oven, air fryer, and dehydrator. I have had issues with Best Buy on this purchase. I ordered the oven online for shipment directly to our home. The oven had a significant dent upon opening it on Christmas morning. I called Best Buy to replace the unit, but they don't have any (possibly for months). I asked for a discount if I was willing to keep it; they offered $20, which I found insulting on a $400 item. They said I could return it, which would leave my wife without a Christmas present. I ultimately kept the oven, but purchased a $70 replacement warranty as I was worried about internal damage from the dent-causing impact. Net result, I paid $450 for a dented oven instead of the $400 I'd planned for a new undented oven.

I haven't used this oven all that much as yet, but so far I have been very pleased with it and rate it a good purchase. The visual quality looks great, and everything was in good order and seems very well made. I much prefer stainless steel to plastic as in some other models! Controls are clear and easy to use, and even though I haven't made a mess yet that requires clean-up it seems like it will be very easy to clean when needed. Since I live alone and cook only for myself it makes much more sense that using the house oven unless really required.

This serves multiple purposes for us, our oven went out and we are soon starting a kitchen renovation. Until the kitchen reno starts its fulfilling our needs for an oven and toaster in the kitchen and while the reno is ongoing will use in our makeshift kitchen to keep the family fed. Works just as advertised for toasting, baking, broiling, etc.

To call this thing a Toaster Oven would be a serious understatement. Even though we purchased it to replace our 20 year old toaster oven, this thing is really a little oven, which also makes excellent toast. The Toast comes out perfectly toasted. The countdown timer is really helpful in knowing when the food will be done. The darkness control for the toast seems really accurate and easy to adjust. We have used it to make frozen pizza, which came out great. I have broiled the cheese on a few open face sandwiches. I only have 2 minor irritations with the unit. First, I wish that there was a way to turn the display all the way off, since it seems like a waste of electricity to keep the panel activated at all times. Also, the countdown time does not start until the oven reaches cooking temperature, so the food will start cooking early if you put it in before the oven is at temp, throwing off the countdown timer. Other than this, this little oven has been perfect.

We have had this for about a month and it's what we expected. It has nice capacity. Out will fit 6 bagel halves or a 13 inch pizza. It cooks flawlessly so far. Nice looking and the tech is above average.

Very nicely engineered. The settings are clear and intuitive, making it very easy to use. The controls have a nice feel to them. The racks slide in and out with ease. I like the way the center rack magnetically pulls out a little when you open the door. Audible annotations are appropriately and clear and adjustable. Unlike my previous air-fryer, the air frying was very even. I'm glad that I purchased the model with the dehydrating feature, as well as the two speed fan. The unit is a little noisy - but the idea of air frying is to circulate the hot air within the oven, and this is apparently done in this unit with the power that it needs to do a good job, which it does. I also have to mention also that when I purchased it Best Buy offered free same day shipping from my local store, and I was called on the telephone 20 minutes before arriving at my door! I don't expect that they will always do this, but it was consistent with the courtesy and good experiences I have experienced with Best Buy, and the reason why I prefer to purchase from them. In conclusion, I am very pleased with this purchase, and highly recommend both the product and the store.

I've been using this oven for about a month and love it. It's great for baking small quantities because it heats up so quickly and I've used several pre-settings so far. Haven't used the broiler, pizza, slow cook, or cookie yet. Some trial and error with making whole wheat toast but white bread toast turns out as expected. I bought the Best Buy extra warranty because so many of the reviews I read said that this oven develops a fatal error in 12-18 months and the Best Buy warranty will cover a replacement for two years. A week after I purchased this I saw another retailer had it on sale for about $60 less. I took my receipt back to Best Buy with a copy of the sale price and they refunded the difference no questions asked.

Excellent purchase!! Has practically replaced my oven and microwave! Great for heating up leftovers. They taste better than microwaving. But also fantastic for cooking pizza, toast, meat, etc. without having to heat up the kitchen by using the oven. Easy to use and looks nice sitting on counter.

Love this compact oven! Does it all bake and broil and fast heating.

Ordered the Breville to be delivered as a gift. Loved all the communication via text about when it would be delivered and by whom so that if I had any issues, I could call the delivery driver. I got a confirmation my package was delivered so I call the driver. Apparently he had delivered the product to a new apartment complex and left it at the front door, not inside in a package room, but out front, where anyone walking by could see it and take it! I was shocked! Thankfully my niece was home and could go down and get it, but I found that completely unacceptable as a delivery practice.

Fantastic Toaster Oven. I am cooking my dinner in my new Breville Smart Oven as I write this review. I've cooked about half a dozen meals in it so far, and doubt I will use my built-in range's oven again. Best Buy's very short return policy needs to be reconsidered to make them competitive with other retailers.

Excellent table top baker and toaster. Takes up little room on the counter, but can cook a whole pizza or even roast a chicken, as well as toast, or cookies or cakes. This is the second one of this model. The first one's fan went after a few years, so while it could still toast, it wasn't so great for really hot baking.

This was an upgrade for our 25yr old toaster oven. I wanted an oven that could supplement our main gas oven for when we host family events. We have been using it for 3 weeks. We have so far used bake, toast, bagel, reheat, and broil settings. We have cooked casseroles, baked bread, made lots of toast, bagels, etc. I am pleased with the oven - It works very well. Does not burn food on the edges as did our other oven and the bread comes out great. Preheat is fast and the timer invaluable. We were living in the past with our old oven. Determining the actual footprint of the oven was difficult. We wanted the largest possible oven that could safely sit on top of a microwave. The actual footprint *of the FEET* minus hangover, handles or anything else that is sticking out is: 17.5 wide X 11.25 deep. You need *at least* that much surface for the oven to sit on. Height minus the handle is: 11.25, in case you need that.

This is an amazing machine . I’ve used this appliance way more than any other in the last few years and it’s never failed me . I even use it to Bake my breads in the summer months to not heat up the entire house using a stove . This is worth every penny but it’s always great to catch a sale I’d admit .

Lots of great features and options. Easy to clean and alot of cooking options, only wish would be for a louder buzzer.

If you need a second oven, this is the perfect one. It has plenty of room inside and a lot of different features for making pizza, air frying, convectional baking, and more. One of my favorite features is the reheat option. I don’t like to use the microwave so having this option is perfect for me. Frankly ever since I got it, I use this more than my regular oven. I love it!
