Purchased for restaurant use and it has not failed. Going on 1 year of constant use.

This is by far the best espresso machine I have ever bought...and I bought a few. Pros: - the grinder works well. Easy to fill up and to use. The grind size can be regulated and the quantity of grinded beans can be adjusted. - the water container is large enough so you can make few espresso or cap or hot water before you need to refill it. - the gauge for coffee pressure is useful - cleaning is super easy - hidden storage compartiment Cons: - none! :) Definitively the best purchase for the money.

I am impressed with this product. I consistently makes a great cup of espresso drinks. It is not complicated to use and it looks beautiful on the counter :)

Might be taking it back. It is of high quality and I enjoy most of the features, however, for the price it really is hard to justify the purchase. The difficulty of learning how to use the machine really has been a major deterrence to us. We are tech savvy, and I’m able to pull a shot of espresso, but the machine doesn’t always make a good shot. We went through 3 bags of coffee beans, and still we are struggling to get a consistent shot. It is sour or bitter. When you decide to purchase a new bean you will have to waste coffee to redial the grind. Out of three bags of coffee beans I made 2 espresso’s I could tolerate and one was spot on to my local cafe. Makes me feel wasteful, and for that reason I don’t feel that the machine is for me.

After over 8 months of use, we still love this machine and use it daily. It does take some tweaking to get the grind right, and I've noticed different coffees can change the pressure, so we typically stick to one brand. The machine is easy to clean, convenient, and looks great.

Fresh bean espresso machine with grinder and frother. Great design makes for a great looking appliance on the counter. Tamping is still manual and frothing takes a bit of time to master. You certainly feel like a barista but takes time to master. Overall fantastic but wish it would automate tamping and forth situation.

The best machine in its category and for its price, I think there is no other like it in its category.

A little tricky to get right, but makes great espressos now. Frothing the milk is the key.

Great products always especially this expresso machine top of the line . Best way to buy is on here great app and never had an issue easy as 123 and great customer service . I buy here all the time and pay little by little . It would be very helpful if I win this .

This is our second Breville Espresso Machine. The first one lasted almost 10 years. It makes amazing espresso if you watch some Youtube videos and understand the process. Fresh coffee beans are a must. You have to keep it clean by following directions in the manual. No regrets at all.

This espresso maker does it all and is worth every penny!! So easy to use and makes a fantastic cup every time.

It has a learning curve just so you are aware. It's not a Keurig where you just press a button. That said It is an amazing piece of equipment! Works great and now after using it many times, I can confidently make an amazing cup of espresso.
