Great Coffee machine, very versatile and a great gift for coffee lovers.

This thing is awesome. Took a little learning to know how to make lattes, but I am now the barista of the house.

O love this coffee machine, the entire coffee process is amazing

this product has great features I really like the overall design and build quality of the product however when you make the latte you have to admittedly drink it I have adjusted all temperatures and still have no results with heating up the coffee

After about 9 months of owning this machine, the machine started leaking all over the counter. Sent in for a warranty repair. Received the machine back and it no longer had temperature control or water flow control. The only way you could get it to extract was to press the program button. The hot water feature would run until the whole tank drained out sending a mess of hot water all of the counter and floors if you were not standing there to manually turn the machine off. Sent the machine in again and was replaced with a refurbished machine. 4 months later the grinder stops working on the refurbished machine. After all kinds of ridiculous instructions like taking apart the entire grinder (bolts, washers etc.) and running rice through it, they finally accepted it back for another warranty repair. Just received the machine back and I do not think they did anything as the grinder still does not work. After all the money that was spent on this machine, you would think that it would last more than 9 months. Also, if I wanted a refurbished machine, I would have bought one. I paid for a brand-new machine but am now stuck with a refurbished machine. Our house will never have another Breville product in it.

Got this as a cheap option to make home espresso. Was obviously made for home users and not professionals. Lacks many needed features. Retured it. But family member bought one and loves it.

I use this every day. My coffee pot has become decoration.

This is in my opinion one of the better units available. All the features are super. I use them all. It is hard to believe what could be better from the machines that are twice the cots. I would say nothing.

This machine makes great cappuccinos and cortados. My wife and I go to many coffee houses, and this little machine is equivalent to the big professional espresso machines.

We had the previous version of this espresso machine and we love it. Now this one with better bean hopper exceeds our expectations. Hoping to buy a new one in 10 years!!!

Very expensive but amazing Espresso! Love it! <3 The milk frothing is my favorite thing to do with this machine!

This machine does of course require more work/clean-up than most others, but it is absolutely worth it. If you currently use a pod system, you'll notice the difference in taste immediately.

Finally I can enjoy real coffee! Took some time to set up, watched YouTube videos but finally got the perfect settings.
