Makes the best lattes - wish I purchased this years ago

Probably one of the best items I have purchased in years. I love it and so does my spouse. It makes great cappuccinos.

This item is great. Saves me time in line at the coffee shop and about after 6 months should have paid for itself in savings.

This is a great machine if you like espresso. However, it's not for the faint of heart. There are lots of nuances and it may not be great for someone who just wants a quick espresso. We really enjoy all of the various options and settings though.

Great for office with compact space. Low noise. Steam pressure, hot water etc.

I like the fact you can gird, brew and steam in the same machine. The biggest issue so far (after 4 months use) is the size of the water reservoir. I have to refill every 2 to 3 days use. They should redesign with bigger water reservoir or a an inline water hook-up.

So far I am loving this machine; it's a great step up from my first, beginner level espresso machine. Adjusting your preferences to getting the grind level and amount of coffee right takes a little time to figure out, but once I did it has been a breeze. I love that it grinds and measures for you, the tamp and other accessories are very nice quality, and the bottom tray is convenient to clean (and it reminds you when it needs to be emptied). Overall, I would recommend this for any mid-level espresso lover that wants a low maintenance machine. -- My only problem so far is that I can't seem to get the steam wand clean in an efficient way. Otherwise, loving it!

This product is fantastic. However, no long after I purchased it from BestBuy, it went on sale, also through BestBuy, for substantially less. They refused to price match as I didn't notify them until only a few days after the return period had ended. I have 2 chat agents, and 2 customer care agents a chance to help and none would. As a customer for nearly 30-years that has never asked for a price match, or even a refund or exchange, I would have hoped for a small exception to be made. Instead you have lost a customer. I will never shop here again.

This was a gift for my wife. She loves how easy it is to operate and clean. Very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality Espresso/Latte machine.

You must have, it’s an investment, Starbucks no longer owns my time and money.

But she works pretty good. I wish the grinder had more fine tuning capabilities.

I’m a coffee lover and this product is exactly what I was expecting.
