Works fine. Have had the machine for 2 months and the brewing pressure is having problems. Not enough pressure at times. Will contact manufacturer.

Great coffee maker for home. It’s pretty slow, but makes great coffee. Grinder do not stop automatically or at least we never figured out how to set it up. We checking the amount of coffee and then remove if from under the grinder.

I watched several videos to obtain information on proper usage of machine before purchase. I did a lot of research on this machine as it has a lot of positive reviews. It never made espresso as it should, and I think maybe something was defective in the unit. I ended up returning it back to store.

I drink espresso daily, 2-4 shots per day. The only coffee I like is Italian roasted brands and I have always had an Italian machine. This Breville machine is good for the regular person who is not demanding. I returned it the next day.

Coffee just as good as any other way cheaper machine.
Water drips down a tray, what an inconvenient feature, if I knew that I would never have purchased this item. Big, takes too much counter space. I would NOT recommend. You can get just as good coffee for a fraction of the price.

Pays for itself in no time

Our trips to Starbucks happened way to often so I invested in this machine. It is not totally automated so takes some getting used to but for me that is part of the fun. I now have it down and make great lattes and caps. I plan to expand my drink knowledge soon. I would recommend this based on my first full month of ownership.

This machine is amazing when it works but after 10 days we couldnt get water to come out of the machine unless we pressed down and held the double shot button. Then water would come untill the button unpressed. We were very dissipointed to return this item because it made very good coffee.

The machine is nice and sleek great tank size and convenient. The issue is getting pressure to Optima pressure . I’ve called for support.

Bought this becaue my friend love it. However, this machine requires a whole lot of guessing in order to get a good cup. Considering that different beans require different grind setting, getting a consistent good cup of joe on the go is diffcult. Ninja has one that takes all the guess work out of it. I returned this quickly.

I bought this item because of Covid and it makes great coffee and is easy to clean and has saved me from spending more than I need to by purchasing my coffee in local coffee shop

DECEPTIVE BEST BUY CREDIT CARD PRACTICES

I thought I was getting a pretty good deal, but turns out bestbuy and citi bank are wildly deceptive in their credit card enrollment practices, and are attempting to bury me in debt and interest. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE BEST BUY CARD. Also, you can get this machine for $150 less literally anywhere else, and there's a known issue with the basket pressure because breville likes to cut corners.

So disappointed in this Espresso Machine. 1 month after purchasing this machine the "clean" light came on. I have done all the cleaning that I could, but the light never goes out. I was hoping it would last longer than 1 month. Still cleaning it and after 9 months, the light is still on.

I tried everything Couldn’t make a good espresso, even reading and following all instructions,, never made it, last option was you tube , nothing, I don’t know what else to do.

Breaks easily

Broke within the first year of use. The firt time it stopped working, we followed all instructions and nothing happened but when we left it on its own, it just started working again on its own. The third time it did it, it never worked again.
