This is an awesome machine but unfortunately it starts to lose pressure And quality so I purchased the 2 year protection plan for $90 once you exchange it it's one and done. if you want another insurance plan for 2 years on the exchanged machine You must pay another $90. I'm into this machine for $780 now.

Grinder does not work

Purchased the machine 3 weeks ago. The grind size is coarse even when you dial in all the way to fine. The espresso is more like coffee than espresso. I tried with three different coffee beans, still result is the same. I called in Best Buy and realized that the return policy is only 15 days. Very Frustrating. Had option for purchase from Amazon for the same price which had 1 month return policy.

Stopped working a month into use, initially thought the grinder needed cleaning but it also stopped brewing in general. No water was being pushed through even though the tank was full.

The Breville works great but I'm giving the review 1 star because Best Buy put it on sale right after I bought it and won't credit my Best Buy card for the difference in price. Great machine but buy it somewhere else.

The water pump don't last, the first machine was broken in 5 month's of use, they send me a replacement with problems they have to replace it for a new one, that one last about 3 months send it back to them they fixed it and now 4 week's later the same issue again. The coffee flavor is good but the water pump always have issues.

Unfortunately, the brand new grinder worked once before breaking. Returned and will look at better options.

Been trying to make a good espresso. Dont work. Been a barista for a long time and this machine sucks. Looks fancy but burns the coffe

Grinder keeps jamming. In spite of the direction(s) provided in the user guide to clean the upper/lower burr. Don't buy full price like me. It's a junk for the high the price. Find sale.

BE AWARE - No price match beyond 15 days

I'm not happy that I see the price dropped $140 within a month after I bought this. And best buy says they cannot price match or do anything about it because it passes 15 days return period. So if you want to shop at Bestbuy, be ready to regret after 15 days.
