I must say is everything that he was looking for. It’s easy to use, and clean. We absolutely love it.

Included instructions are not great, you tube videos were more helpful in setting this up and learning to get preferences set.

We have had it for a year, and it has served us well. I am concerned about the longevity of the product as after only having it for a year; we received an error code. I have heard from others that durability may be an issue. Buy the warranty if you purchase this machine. Our friends are on their third machine.

Just stops drip at few seconds. This is my second replacement & same issue. Not at all impressed. Consedring trying something else. Too much money . Tried everything & still.
