There is such ease in using this microwave - nothing is complicated

My Compact Wave was inexpensive, is light weigh, reliably smart, efficient and attractive. This appliance, when programmed and activated is near noiseless. It has a wide menu to select from and simple to operate.

I love my new compact microwave and I love the fact that it's a soft closure. The only thing is that my old microwave would pop a complete full bag of popcorn. This microwave pops the popcorn pretty good but it doesn't fill up the bag completely, Maybe because of the fact that it is a smaller microwave., Other than that I'm very happy with my new Breville microwave.

I bought this microwave in March. Five months later it is leaving cold spots in the microwaved food. The same food products I have always been using. When I called Breville’s customer service, they suggested I heat a cup of water - and when that was warm, they said the problem was fixed. I explained the problem again. They suggested I unplug the microwave, let it sit a while, then try using it again - calling them back if it didn’t work. It didn’t work. . . I called them back about 1/2 hr ago and was required to receive a callback. So far - no call back. I would like them to repair the microwave for free, replace it or refund my money - with a refund preferable. I’ll update this, if there is any resolution.

Although I’ve only been using this microwave for a short period of time, it seems to be as described and operates as expected. I took off one star because I’m not sure if the easy close door system is going to cause future issues. Possibly so. Love the commercial look. It goes well with my Viking range. All in all, a good buy.

Finally a microwave with a simple twist control knob and large display. Most microwave interfaces have the standard small number pad and hard to read button functions. This unit solves all those problems and works like a charm. Really a pleasure to use and worth every penny.
