In the questions section it specified that with the lid on, it was 15.7" tall. This is the only reason I bought this. With the lid it is over 18" and does not fit under the cabinet. Back to the drawing board.

Great Blender - extremely good and fine blendng

I am really hard on blenders and go through about 1 every year and half or so. I like the design of the lid - easy to get off, the power it has and the stable base. I make a lot of green juice and smoothies and so far it blends and exceptionally fine texture. It was a little more than I usually spend but am hopeful that means it will last longer than the other ones.

No more wearing ear plugs just to make a smoothie! Has a cleaning mode along with every other mode you can think of. I'm very happy with this purchase, eazy to use eazy to clean, and looks good on counter. Has a cord wind up area on bottom as well as suction cups to keep in place. Does vibrate a little so keep away from very edge of counter as warned in instructions.

Simple to clean as well. Love that the jar is round and not square. So far the only issue I've had is whole bananas getting stuck and not getting blended; I've started cutting them in half which seems to help.
