I just ordered a Joile Breville Oven, but when I went to pick up the stove, the item looked as if it had been used before. However, the price was at the full price: $586.00. This is a deceiving practice. This is the third time this has happened to me.

And then one day the fan started making a horrible, horrible noise. After countless hours researching trying to find out if i could fix it, it was apparent that Breville was not going to be helpful. They have designed this machine to not be self servicable. For over $500, I would have expected this to last much, much longer. Or at least have some semblance of customer service/support. Ill never buy a Breville again

I used it once and the second time I cooked with it the unit displayed “E06” which is apparently a common issue that means it is permanently broken. Days later Breville support has still done nothing. Just buy a cheaper brand because breville is terrible.

Wish its cook faster

Recipes do not cook as they should. Some burn, some undercook. All in all, not worth the added expense to get push notifications on my phone.

A Good Oven

I didn't use it at all. I've returned it and bought the smaller version without the connectivity option.
