My wife loves this tea brewer! You can set temperature, steeping time, and even have automatically dip the basket in & out of the water for you! Although the instructions indicate loose tea leaf use, it works quite well with tea bags- just increase the steeping time a couple minutes. So far, its been great!

It does s great job. Simple to program time and temp.

Works as expected, looks great, easy to clean. A bit pricey, but hoping its longevity makes it worth the extra dollars.

I love how easy it is to make the perfect cup of tea. The teapot does everything...all I have to do is add water & tea. I typically add 1 minute to my brew time on oolong & herbal teas which is a simple change. I highly recommend this product to anyone who enjoys what I refer to as "gourmet" teas.

This teapot does everything...it heats the water up to the proper temp according to the type of tea you are brewing, then lowers the tea basket and steeps it the proper amount of time according to the tea. Then raises itself back up. Voila...perfect tea!!

This is a great tea maker for those who really enjoy drinking tea and the steeping process. Choosing the temperature for the water and the auto steeping are great features. It is a bit finicky in terms of keeping the pot and steeper clean.

The pot makes perfect tea in the morning. The programming could be simpler but it works great

I had this for over 16 months and it still works great. Put the tea into the infuser, choose the tea setting, and tea will be ready. I like watching the infuser more up and down during the brewing process. Easy to clean. I didn't know how well this holds up, and glad to report that it is still working like day 1.

I Love, Love, Love this!!! I know the price is a bit hearty, but OMG!!! It only takes a few minutes to make a couple cups or a full pot of tea. I have been able to wipe it out easily and it’s ready to go for the next time. I highly recommend to anyone that enjoys tea!

After owning a different brand of a tea maker for 10 years, I was doubtful that I would fine one that measured up to my last one. But Breville has accomplished that goal. It has been consistently a great cup of tea, either hot or making ice tea. Love this product and would highly recommend,

Thus tea maker is easy to use and steeps our tea quickly. The price is a little higher than what we wanted to pay, but hopefully it will last a long time.
