Grind is consistent, the box that catches grinds is to small for course grind on max time setting. Also static makes a mess. When dumping grindings it sticks to everything.

Got this as a birthday gift, it was on sale at the time and a lot lower than other stores. He loves it and told me all about how great of a coffee grinder it is the last time I was at their house.

As advertised. This is such a great grinder. It has 10 different grind settings and grinds up to 12 cups worth of beans. It is very easy to use as well.

Grinds coffee fantastically! But it does create static in the process and the cup and counter top get coated with grinds. Still. I use it daily and just wipe the counter.

I really like the product! The only thing for me is that it doesn't always catch all of the grounds that come from it. When you take the clear ground catcher out, it'll spill out leaving a tiny mess. Besides that, it grinds coffee fabulously!

Very easy to use. Static in grounds container can be annoying and messy when removing grounds. Used multiple times a day and hasn't blocked once.

I bought this grinder after our second Cuisinart burr grinder died; I (mostly) like it a lot. Good: - Fairly consistent grind quality and amount; set it and forget it. - Tough. There was a pebble (yup, an actual rock) in a recent bag of beans; naturally, it stopped the grinder completely dead. I opened up the machine and lifted out the burr to clear the rock, and it's been working ever since like nothing happened. Not great: - Noisy. It's not jet-engine loud, but it IS "wake the house" loud. Grrr: - Messy. There's a small gap between the top of the collection box and the bottom of the output, so there's a bit of spillage every time you grind. This gets on the counter and makes a mess, and also piles up inside the grinder so eventually the collection box won't slide in. Not a huge deal, but a little irritating. - Static - there's always a static charge on the collection box, so coffee grounds stick to it and it's hard to dump them all into your coffeemaker. This is common to all grinders with plastic collection boxes, though; I've never had a glass one to compare.

Needed a grinder for espresso and this is a great affordable burr grinder!!

Very precise grinder, really like that aspect of it. Nice looking machine as well. The only downside of it is that it has a lot of static after running - grounds are sticking everywhere. It's best if you ground and then wait a little bit before removing the canister.

This is the best grinder I’ve used. The grind size is perfect, cleanup is easy too. Other burr grinders just don’t compare.

I purchased this coffee grinder after deciding to try pour over coffee making after having two Keurig machines die on me. The machine grinds coffee beans to a perfect grind for my taste each and every time. There are so many grind settings depending on what type of coffee one is making. It is quiet and looks great in my kitchen. I previously used a blade grinder and can't believe the difference a good conical burr grinder makes. I believe that most anyone will be happy with this machine!

I previously owned a major brand. This burned out. When I purchased this product it provided a better quality result in grinds and makes the best coffee. This makes a difference. One negative is - that it creates some grids that spill in the area near the unit and it clings to the top of the basket in the bottom of the usit.

Great performing grinder. Like the cup set feature so just the right amount ground each time.

This is an excellent grinder. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Easy to get the perfect grind.

My wife and I used the grinder every day for about two weeks before deciding to return it. At first we were extremely happy with its performance. It grinds the correct amount quickly and to the exact coarseness every time. However, when removing the container of ground coffee from the machine, it is nearly impossible prevent a large amount of a fine layer of coffee dust from spilling all over the counter. It got to the point where we had to keep the hand vacuum in the kitchen if we wanted to grind coffee. Although the performance of the grinder deserves a full five star review, it is simply not worth the clean up after every use, especially considering the price you pay for the machine.

I really like this grinder and it is very easy to use. The only negative is that it's a bit messy.
