This review is only for the down draft. I'll be leaving a full review regarding the service/install... If you want something quiet, do not get this! It's very powerful and works good, but when it's on high, you will hear it!! Easy to clean and excellent quality.

I actually like the aroma of foods as they are being prepared, but County codes require some type of ventilation. So, this Broan is affordable, quiet and, best of all, has a lower profile when in use. If I have to have it, I don't want it dominating my space. And by down-drafting, although more expensive, the view of the oaks and creek remains unobstructed. And...I can always leave if off if I want the aromas to waft through the house!!!

The product is nice looking, sleek and powerful. Bought this as part of a remodel. Previously had a hood/microwave - which did not work well.

This replaced a Broan that was 10 years old. Same part number. Husband installed it in one day w/o too much trauma. Works wonderfully.

Looks sleek and clean. Wishing it was stronger and a little quieter.

I was nervous about using a down draft as I didn’t expect it would work as well as my hood that I used to have so I was amazed at how well this grabs the smoke and fumes. You will be super impressed and also it is very elegant not to have all that contraption over your head!!

Seems like a great product. And it works great. I haven't used many others, but I am happy with my down draft.

This did not fit the space in my kitchen but Best Buy was good about taking it back and helping to find something that should fit
